Howdy all! First off, thanks for purchasing this CD, it means a lot to me! I also wanna apologize for the image quality of most of the earlier work contained within. I used to use a very light hand when drawing, so, scanning them needed a lot of tweaking in Photoshop. Having moved in the past few months, I decided to go through some boxes of my older work, and that is when the idea of creating one place for folks to view this work took place.

I wanted to show folks how an artist can improve over time. Some of the work you will find in this CD is from my very early experimental years as a furry artist in the mid to late 80�s, before I even knew there was furry community. I did not have the grasp for gravity and weight as I do now, so you will see many characters who just throw out all the laws of physics! Also, I did not date any of my early work, so, for order�s sake, I have arranged all the pics on this CD by species, Tiger, Wolf, Hoss, etc. You�ll see how some things evolved such as how �unrealistic� some of my early character�s appendages looked (OK, and how big some are, heh). Trying to meld the real world with what I imagined to be the anthro- world, well, there was a lot of learning along the way. And without the internet to put my work out for other folks to see like today, it took a while to see where I could use some improvement. That�s one thing I do love about the internet. How it allows an artist to show the world his/her work, at the click of a mouse, something I wish I had had back in the 80�s!

I hope this CD also helps the beginning furry artist to stick to your guns. None of us are prot�g�s overnight. It takes years of dedication and hard work to see improvement and evolution in your style. But one thing is for sure, if you stick to it, listen to creative criticism from your peers and just never give up, you will improve and can look back at where you came from and enjoy the journey.
