This guy coloured up supersweet, which I was really glad for (I found the character to be pretty hot, and did a few colouring attempts that got ditched before I did this one).  The background's one of my best, done in French and warm grays, muted to keep the character in the forefront and from dominating the pic.  The technique I used also captured the dingy atmosphere and colours of a seedy bathroom (inspired by the one in the Lining on Taps).  He was a fine addition to the third gryphon folio :)
