This is the pic I decided to make my colouring tutorial with (while drawing I also decided to make an inking tutorial as well).  About everything going through my head when doing this is on my webpage, at least in the way of colouring technique.  The blue was chosen for the sheet for how wonderfully it goes with the orange fur, and the strand of purple hair is one I hope to put in RL sooner or later, as soon as we get moved out to CA :)
