When a simple tonguing isn't enough, you just hafta go that extra distance.  In this case, a dragon uses his tapered snout to get further up in Aya's passage, allowing his tongue to get even further in, and fill her up a bit more.  I can't remember exactly how I came up with the idea, but it seemed like fun, and something a dragon and unicorn would enjoy doing :)
