I've decided to rework the tiers to be more streamlined, simple and save many of you money. Here are the old tiers and what they're changing into:

Change details

• The biggest change is that all tiers will now give you access to art that was posted before you pledged. Which means that for example, if I post a teaser and then you pledge to the Bronze tier afterwards, you'll still get early access for that piece and don't have to pledge to a higher tier if you don't want to.
• Bronze is otherwise unchanged, you'll now just get access to an archive instead of individual images.
• All of the Silver tier and Art Pack will be combined into the new Silver tier, and will now cost $7 instead of $5/$10.
• The Gold tier will now cost $15 instead of $20. I've been thinking of what to put in this tier for a long time, so I decided to just keep its rewards the same and lower the cost.
• I'll also be changing sales tax info to hopefully save you money.

What does this mean for existing patrons?

With how Patreon works, I can't just change the price of tiers that people are already pledged to. I will have to unpublish the existing Silver, Art Pack and Gold tiers and then publish the new ones. When that happens, the existing patrons from those tiers will be put into Patreon's "custom pledge" tier that has no rewards associated with it. From there, you can switch to one of the new tiers.

The change will happen on the 17th of August. So make sure to swap your pledge then. Remember to always read the tier descriptions and about section before pledging. Because of this change, I won't be releasing any art this week, but I will be releasing three next week after the change. Just so people don't pledge now and then feel cheated when the change happens.

Fennix - the first next-gen animation - is about to be released. I went way overboard with how many shots there are. I already reduced it by like 5 shots, but I think it's still too much, so future animations will have a few less unique shots. The full animation is 2 minutes and 4 seconds long.

Along with the animation, the NSFW Fennix model will also be available for sale. I've reworked how I'm going to be selling models - I've decided to sell them on my GumRoad store, at https://gumroad.com/averyhyena. Each model will generally cost $50 each, but Gold patrons will get 60% off all models for as long as they're pledged. The Fennix model will appear some time after the animation is posted.

We've finished male and female Acrid (Risk of Rain 2) models. This time, I decided to make two models with the two skins from the game - the original skin is male, and the mastery skin (Albino) is female.

The next NSFW model being made is Grohk from Paladins.

If you're wondering about Source 2 SFM, or S2FM:

There's been a little misinformation circulating about how there is now a Source 2 SFM. This is currently incorrect. The general idea is that you can use the SFM inside of SteamVR via workshop tools. But this SFM IS NOT Source 2. SteamVR runs in a limited version of Source 2, that I like to call SFM 1.5. An SFM that runs in Source 2 will ONLY be available after Half Life: Alyx releases, so wait until then to do anything or you'll be wasting your time. You might not even have to do anything with Alyx workshop tools to get a ghetto version of S2FM, since Valve might just give us a proper, standalone version. Will I use it? It depends. The most annoying thing will be if all of the models and materials have to be in .vmdl_c, .vmat_c and .vtex_c formats.

Things are finally getting finished, you'll probably see animations start to come out January next year. Models (that have corresponding parts) will always have fully customisable and poseable genitals and anus including flexes, with overhauled and easy to use modular materials. They also come with an IK rig. The reason this has been taking so long is because I want to get everything as perfect as possible. I'd rather delay than release a product that I'm not happy with. For the same reason Valve hasn't released any games for a long time, until now.

NSFW nude Fennix has been finished.

(This picture has been censored because this post is public. The NSFW version can be found in my scraps on FA.) Some models like this one, will also have additional enhancements such as cubemaps to create specular reflections on metallic materials. The model will be released to gold patrons a while after the first animation goes public. Remember to read about the model archive and how getting these models works; read the about section and Gold tier description on the page before doing anything.

HALF LIFE: ALYX IS COMING OUT!

I'm making an NSFW vortigaunt model now before it comes out because I'm too excited and I love vorts. There will probably be a new one when Alyx comes out because vortigaunts are confirmed to be in the game. There might be a bunch of NSFW HL aliens too.

NSFW nude Dragaux is starting to be worked on.

And no, of course it won't be a model with a dick just slapped on top of the clothing like everyone else has done. I've always hated that people do that. There will also be a male NSFW human Ring Fit character so you have a generic human that fits Ring Fit's style. This human model will also be used with Dragaux in various upcoming animations.

For things that aren't urgent right now: Nude NSFW Drift is coming, also NSFW Hybrid and Dire will be cleaned up for release, as they have a number of problems. These aren't that urgent for me right now because I'd rather start to get these models above finished so I can start making animations again, instead of making everyone wait longer for me to fix these FN models first. Fixing these models can be done while I'm making animations.

We've been getting NSFW Fennix done, and will be the first model I'm using for new stuff.

NSFW Fennix will also be one of the first models available for Gold patrons after the first animation is uploaded and the tiers updated. It will come with fully rigged balls (which no models ever have) and tailhole. Genital flexes are also included, as well as an IK rig and optimised VMTs.

While Fennix is being done, I've been learning Sony Vegas way more. I have also made a new particle system that some of you may be excited for. Can you guess what it is? No pictures because a lot of people don't like it.

In other news, I may do Spyro content, which I wasn't planning on because I don't really want to use stylised models any more. If I do, it will be limited - 2 animations max; there may be a vote on what dragons I use.

A paid job is available for anyone able to port models to SFM, with a little knowledge and experience in basic modelling / sculpting using tools such as Boolean modifiers etc. They would also need to be OK with working on NSFW material.

You may notice a certain character in this screenshot. I will continue to make FN content and post it on here, but these posts will, from this point on, only be tagged and referenced with "FN". Nude Fennix, a generic realistic male and nude Drift models are in the process of being made in that order. The nude / NSFW Dire and Hybrid models are also being cleaned up to be used in an animation or two, before I move onto Beastmen from Vermintide 2.

As hinted by my old Patreon goal, I am planning to make these models available to download. However, I will release them periodically for Gold patrons only, after I've made one or two animations with them first. They will be uploaded to an archive that you'd be able to get access to in the same way as the regular art archive. Which means that you could wait for a few models you want to be released, and then pledge to the Gold tier only once to download all of them. There will also be a Gumroad option which includes access to this archive, but like the Art Pack on Gumroad, you may lose out on Patreon exclusive rewards. For example, if you purchase from Gumroad, you won't be given access to the Discord server, or be able to vote on Patreon polls.

I wanted to make a post updating you on what we've been working on since the last animation. Since I'm using a new style, I need a lot of things re-doing, and with animations, a lot of models need cleaning up and improving. Future content will be in a semi-realistic style and not stylised. Which means no more fortnite content. I decided to do this because it looks way better in engine, specifically in animations. I'm essentially starting from scratch.

Maps

With the new style I'm using, I want to use full maps instead of small scenebuilds and backgrounds. And all maps publicly available for SFM look obviously source-like or are overused/ugly maps. I'm starting off with this one so that I have a generic forest that I can use for a lot of things, including the werewolf stuff I'm planning to start off with.

If you figured out what map this is then congratulations! As you can see below, it's Black Forest from KF2, which also includes all of the map lights.

For some reason, KF2 is the biggest game ever, so the maps take up an insane amount of space. But as said above, I'll be using this as a main map for a lot of things so I'm ok with wait and size. I'll be porting at least one more - Infernal Realm because it can fit with Quake's / Vermintide's / Doom's style.

Models

I'll be improving and porting a lot of models, starting with a generic human and the NSFW Skyrim werewolf, including creating a female variant with breasts and a canine pussy. Models will be improved through things like selective tessellation and making high quality bump and detail maps, specular reflections and other materials etc. After this is done, I'll be able to start animating again while I also work on porting RoR2 models. These will be overhauled to make them semi-realistic, which requires making material references like the ones below for Mercenary and Commando:

Future Animations

As I said, I'm using a different style which will make animations look way better. I'm done with stylised models. In addition, I'm also making the animations themselves a lot more detailed. They won't be like my first two animations; they were kind of just experiments at
best. To give you an idea of what I mean, these animations use storyboards. The first two animations were also limited by model and map quality which also produces limited camera angles. By doing all of this I can make animations at a much higher quality.

I understand if people don't want to keep being pledged, but doing so will help me so much with surviving while I get this work done.

Sorry for the lack of content, but the person I work with to get new models and ports doesn't understand basic anatomy sometimes and seemingly refuses to do any research to learn, so it's taken from JUNE 15TH until now to still have an unfinished Toothless model.

I've been forced to cancel this project, so next up are improved skyrim werewolves and orcs. I'm also getting good maps ported and modifying a generic human model. After that is semi-realistic RoR2 models. I just want to get the werewolves done first so that I have an actual good model that I can guaranteed make a lot of things with for a long time. And I want to get a generic human done first too because I'll be using it a lot with pretty much every other model, and orcs are just something I want to do.

"But you already have a skyrim werewolf model and you've used it before for art? Why do you need to change it?" - Yes, that was for HEAVILY EDITED STILL art. For example, you can't just slap a dick model on the werewolf and edit it later so it looks like it's a part of the model, because it's an animation, you can't do that. And I don't care that literally everyone else does that in SFM - I don't want to stoop to their level of quality - to me, a model with a dick with a seam so it obviously looks like a separate model, isn't acceptable quality.

The same reason goes for any other model I have - none of them are high enough quality to use in an animation. So the order of models I'm getting and modifying is like this:

These unique models are characters with clothes that had no geometry underneath, and so significant work has been done to give them a nude body. All models will also have been selectively tessellated to a higher quality - no more sharp corners or triangles!

Note that some models may be 'ken doll' models with no genitalia because I might not possess the correct rights for that specific model.

I just wanted to give you guys a heads up before everyone else so you can change things before stuff starts happening. I decided to re-open my Patreon fully and remake everything as I will be posting art again soon, I'm just waiting until the 1st to enable charge upfront.

I got all of my parts for my new PC delivered today, except the case (of course) which should be arriving soon. Other than allowing me to actually run games properly, it's going to help me a lot with SFM. Projects are going to be faster and I won't have to worry about my current crappy PC artifacting and screwing with renders.
