Why don't you make and use custom css/style yourself if you need it so badly?

I can look into it. I now have full access to the site. Right now I'm playing with a new CSS just for the fuck of it. So far no one likes it lol. Let me finish getting a better CSS for PC users then I'll look into a tabletized version k?

Dear admin, everyday I use this website I encounter a horrible problem. When I enter a board, regardless whether the disgusting frame stays there or not (open in tab, open in new tab), I don't see the refreshed content. I have to manually refresh to see new content.
This problem persists regardless of system and configuration and doesn't occur on other chanlike websites.

this has been happening for as long as the site has existed, despite the problem being pointed out multiple times and a solution being posted, multiple times, so good luck.

besides its part of the site's charm. even if it was fixed i'd still force refresh every page out of habit

i don't remember it, i'm not a web guy. besides it has to be fixed on the server side telling you wouldn't do any good
