The Transformation board!
It would be the board where art could be posted where humans transform into animals or animals into a other spieces.
of course there are more thing to name but that would be up to the users of Pawsru.org.

As for a TF some people scare me the way they talk and act towards TF, a very small populous but it's there nonetheless.

A board could be made instantly so it's not a big deal, my issue is, is it going to have enough traffic to validate it. I hardly see any traffic in sergals and h so I don't know. I can make a poll if you think it would work. I will could call it Trollwololf's board =P. Could give you rights to be just in charge of just that board too.
