There seems to be this... cynical, unfriendly, hostile, heavy troll in the other threads. ALL of the other threads. His name is "theoctavarius" and he seems to exist for nothing more than to troll and complain and get people pissed at him here at paws.

...And there's nothing that can be done about him?

I'm all for a little bit of conversation. I expect some hostility. I understand people just don't like certain artists. But this guy is taking it to a new level, and he seems to have something hostile and negative to say in every single thread that I've seen. Is that sort of thing allowed here, or do the mods not care or...?
