Okay, this is what happened, so far as I can tell.

There was this one chick on FA. There was also this one dude on FA.

The dude started harassing the chick. The chick got upset and the dude harassed her more because he got the response he was looking for. The chick blew the whole thing way out of proportion by threatening legal action. So the dude went all "come at me bro!" and spilled the harassment into real-life by posting her physical address and person. The chick tried to get Dragoneer (FA boss) to intervene. Dragoneer went all "Not my problem". The chick broke FA rules by posting a flaming condemnation of the dude. The chick got punished for doing so and all evidence of the dude's actions and her reactions were removed. People got into a spat over this and accused Dragoneer of covering up the evidence. Some bullshit about the dude supposedly stealing art was inventing to make him seem like the bad guy. The dude got banned with Dragoneer submitted to the drama. The chick left anyway because she couldn't take having her real-life information being exposed. All those people, despite Dragoneer doing what they wanted in the end, are now leaving. Some artists are showing solidarity by making an account on Weasyl, but won't abandon their fanbase (and profit) by also deleting their FA account.

In the end, nothing of significance will happen. FA is like Facebook; it doesn't matter what happens, they're Too Big To Fail as of now.
