go outside, get some sun. eat vitamins and good food. sleep well. find the local chapter of toastmasters and try it out. walk around your town and look at things. get therapy.

think about things besides masturbating and don't try to date anyone. you have to be stable enough to feel good and enjoy life on your own before you deal with a relationship.

http://stronglifts.com/ if you can afford a gym membership (you can, they're cheap) lifting weights is one of the best things you can do with your time. it only takes an hour or so two or three days a week. nobody at the gym gives a crap about you or what you look like or what you're doing, they're all thinking about their own stupid problems and lives.

you won't get ridiculously muscular looking without a ton of work. that's not a problem, you might decide you want to do that work, you might not, it doesn't matter. exercise is the point.

if you treat your body right your mind follows, you'll feel better about yourself and happier in general and look better and it costs almost nothing. if you do nothing else try exercise, you will be amazed.

Therein lies 99% of your problems. There really aren't any walks of life where someone can make a living being totally antisocial and introverted. Even an author that toils in a dark room with the door locked to write something has to eventually go outside to market his stuff, find an editor, get it published. Also, it's pretty much impossible to get into a relationship without leaving the house; most adults meet people through either work or some kind of group hobby. And no, fapping to furry porn isn't a hobby, no matter how many other people are doing it at the same time from behind the computer screen.

being social is a skill just like any other, it gets better with practice. like math or music or anything some people are naturally inclined and some people have to work for it. there are millions and millions of people like you who do fine, it's no reason to give up on life.

Your best bet is to find ONE local furry and meet 'em online first. Get to know them, tell them your social issues, meet 'em in person and go to a furmeet together, and ask them to help you meet and talk to people.

Not all furries are awkward personalities; go to a furmeet or a con and you'll see tons of pretty outgoing people - and, yes, people who know real-life skills that work in situations with non-furries too. Seriously: Find a local fur online who has a social life and knows the local fur community, and make sure they're willing to aid you with learning social skills; you need to make sure they'll help you, not just drop you into a situation and stand back.

Then, meet said person, get to know 'em a bit, and go to a local meet with 'em.

Unless you really want to STAY in the situation you're in now, this is actually a great plan.

One word of warning, though: furries tend to be touchy-feely people. Greetings tend to involve hugs or scritches. If that's not your bag, make it clear, and most won't do that - if need be, tell the person who brought you there to tell others not to be like that.
