To reiterate, the pic is of a male wolf (probibly huskie) and a female human with blonde hair and bunny ears. It looks like she was in the middle of sucking him off but stopped so the huskie could tell her it's not a carrot and she doesn't need to nibble or something like that. She's looking up at him while he says this.
