I have been googling for all 3D Programs which one works best for beginners and Experts

All 3d programs are hard to learn; there's a far bigger and longer learning curve than traditional art methods.
That said, you might play around with Google's SketchUp, which is pretty simple. If you want to get serious, I'd recommend MilkShape or Blender, depending on how comfortable you are with keyboard shortcuts.
Both are free, which is good for someone starting out.
Blender has an excellent course - Blender 3D: From Noob to Pro, up on Wikibooks. It has a reputation for being difficult to learn, but once you get the hang of it (keep your left hand on keyboard, right on mouse) it's the fastest modeling program around, which will help in the long run. You've got many long months of practice before you'll even be decent, and the less time wasted on navigating big nested menus, the better.

A lot of 3d users start out with daz3d/poser. Daz3d was free for a while at their website but i think that deal is over :( Be warned though, 3d art is about 10x harder than 2d art, and like the poster above said, has a steep learning curve, which is why we don't see a lot of it. The poser manual alone is 800 pages, and most of it is general usage. For in depth usage on things like creating your own models, you'll have to look to other tutorials. Another thing you have to be concerned about is you have to buy some models to start out (but like most of us there's places to download them for free). Most 3d artists also learn photoshop or some other photo-editing/paint program to do postwork, which is fixing up and adding stuff to your 3d renders. Good luck!
