If you downloaded the .pdf, you have the only thing anyone would get that picture from anyway. Time to learn how to fish:
1. Get a decent image-editing program (I'll be using GIMP as an example).
2. Open the .pdf in said program.
3. In GIMP (and, I assume, other programs), a dialogue should now come up asking how you want to import the file.
4. In the dialogue, select the image(s) you want to import, and set the dimensions to 1082x1400 (i.e. 300 pixels per inch, as specified by Slug). The select box next to "Open pages as" should be set to images.
5. Save the images in .png format.
