Actually, Citras are smaller and tend to have more vivid colors [note the TEND part]. That's a fennec fox - Note that there is no different mark around the eye, and there's those markings on the muzzle that citras don't have. It's not because it's Zaush's work that it qualifies any feminine vulpine as citra...
Also, The fennec isn't muscular, and his hips and thighs look feminine enought to me, so I really classify him as "femboy". He doesn't need to be using jewelry, feminine clothing or makeup to be one. Of course, it usually helps.
