I can“t improve my animation style, I want to get that bouncy effect that washa has on his animations but I dont now how to do it, any advice ??

Why would you want that? I believe that's a bad characteristic of his "animation", all he does it skew and bend parts of images and calls it animation.

Maybe you can put actual effort in and practice making animations frame by frame.

Whilst it is indeed not at all skillful to simply bend and skew images, his animations are very pleasing to the eye.

If you want to animate like him, I suggest asking him for a non animated version of one of his works, and then animate it yourself until it looks exactly like the original animation. That should probably help you to understand what makes his work look like it does.
