Well, somebody obviously quite close to him posts regularly on his MySpace page, and mentions things like getting new floral arrangements for his grave. So either he has the world's ABSOLUTE CREEPIEST stalker, or he's dead

His real name was Josh Oakes. It's claimed he died June 9th, 2009.
