Cause you're stupid? :P When the site pops up, hit the grey button, usually the grey or dull buttons are the "free user" buttons. Then you wait the time, and wa-la! The time turns into a magical download button! Just don't hit the big green download button to the right. xD I never figured out what it did.. just assumed it was a virus thing.

Actually, it's because that site didn't support most web browsers aside from google chrome for the longest time. I can use it today, but I know two weeks ago it didn't support either firefox or IE.
