In the year 2117, a planet known as Anthsrya is inhabited with furry people, peaceful and happy, has been taken over by the essence of evil itself. This evil has a name, a name that sends fear through hearts of millions, and has an evil look that could steal your soul, this evil is called Legionous. His dark heart sends a shroud of darkness blanketing the planet. The people are being enslaved and killed all over the world and are being forced into slave camps. 70 years of darkness and evil and the people are losing all hope of anyone standing up against Legionous. Then one day as Legionous was making his daily speech of evil, one of his generals came to him with tragic news, it seems the camps were being destroyed and the people were being freed by two squirrels with strange abilities less than 3 hours ago. Legionous was infuriated with this news and wondered how 2 squirrels could do so much in only 3 hours. These squirrels are special; they were born with special powers like a prophecy which was foretold, that two beings blessed with powers of the gods would stand against the essence of evil and shine their rays of hope to protect the land. The names of these two heroes are Maria Xavier and Ray Sky.  Ray had the power to fly, he knows all styles of martial arts, has super strength and super speed. Maria was the same as Ray except that she has extensive knowledge of various types of weapons and can use enemies’ moves against them as well with super speed.
	Even though these two were the best of friends they are also each other’s rival and would have a quick battle every now and then just to see what new things they may have learned. Sometimes when their paths crossed, they would team up and free more innocent people from darkness and slavery. Even though they knew everything they could know about each other, what they didn’t know is how the feelings they have for each other was growing more and more every time they met. Maria soon found out how she felt about Ray and sometimes would not battle him and would act nervous and shy around him. When the day finally came that all the slave camps were destroyed and all the people were free they set off to start an epic battle against their most hated enemy who started all this evil, and shrouded the world in darkness; Legionous. When they arrived at Castle Darkness, Legionous was waiting for them and was surprisingly glad they were there. He offered them a place by his side as the most powerful warriors in his army and would give them eternal life. They shot him the dirtiest look and denied his offer. 
	“You think you can offer us a place in evil after we destroyed all your camps and freed all the people of Anthsrya? YOU’RE INSANE!!!!!!” said Maria. 
	“Well I wanted to let you live and give you everything you wanted in life and this is your answer……then…DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” bellowed Legionous. 
	If you blinked then you would have missed the most powerful collision of powers and strength no mortal has seen, the gods were even blown away by the force of the blows landed by Ray and Maria. The battle to end all battles lasted for three days, nonstop; every blow, every kick, and energy blast almost blinded the heavens. Then there was a calm hold in the battle, there were clouds of dust and not a sound was made. When the dust cleared, Ray and Maria were standing there out of breath, beaten and bruised and almost out of energy thinking they won, they were ready to collapse. Then all of a sudden the planet quaked and cracked up and Legionous emerged from the hole holding a giant ball of energy that looked powerful enough to destroy Anthsrya. They were stunned when they sensed how powerful it was. Then they felt a sudden burst of energy from within them, their fur began to glow a golden white light and they gathered every bit of strength they could and shot a massive blast of energy and destroyed Legionous wiping him off the face of the planet. Finally realizing the battle was over and the world was free, they passed out from using too much energy. Some people were flying by in a hover car looking for some more people to take them to a safe place, when they flew over the scorched land of the planet and saw Ray and Maria laying there out cold. 

	They landed and took them to the city that they had built to keep them hidden until the evil lord of the dark planet was dead. When Maria and Ray awakened they were surprised to what they awoke to, as far as their eyes could see there was green grass, trees, flowers and happy people looking at them cheering for their victory, the mayor of the city walk up and said, “on behalf of all of Anthsrya and the people you freed from darkness, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we are forever in your debts for saving the world and purifying Anthsrya with your light, when we saw you two battling and freeing us, when we saw you, we saw a shining light of hope emitting from you, it filled us with hope that we would be saved and it came true. We are free and the evil is no more! Your names will be forever heard throughout history and we will remember this day, you brought light to this planet thank you dearly Heroes of Light.”  Maria and Ray were stunned, honored, and extremely weak at the same time, they almost passed out again but two people caught them in time and carried them to a car to take them to a place where they could rest. When they reach their new home the citizens helped them inside and to the beds, placing them into their beds so they can rest, two doctors stayed with them to help them heal and so in case they need something. While the doctors went to the front to let them rest, Ray sighed in relief that they were alone at last.
	 “Wow to think how our lives changed so much, I never thought this would happen to me. It’s like a dream come true” said Ray.
	 “Yeah I know we’re heroes now all because of the gifts we were blessed with when we were born.” Maria sighed happily. 
	“Maria? I want to tell you something”. Ray said silently.
	 “Yes, what is it Ray?”
	 “Well it’s how I feel about you and I really want you to know.” 
	 “Oh, well go ahead I’m all ears,” Maria used what strength she had in her body to sit up and listen to Ray.
	 “Well I know how long we’ve known each other and we been the best of friends, but the longer I’ve known you the more I’ve gotten to know you and… Well everything about you I don’t just like... I love, I love everything about you and my heart leaps whenever I’m near you, Maria what I’m trying to say is... I... I love you Maria and would love to make you the happiest woman ever.” 
	When Maria heard those words, tears of happiness was flowing from her eyes and sobbed happily.
	 “You don’t know how long I’ve waited to hear you say that, I feel the same way about you and I love you with all my heart and I wouldn’t want anything else than to be with you.” They both rose up and looked into each other’s eyes and kissed, sealing their love forever. This day will be remembered to all this day is known as The Light of Hope Day. 

	 Three years have gone by, Ray and Maria are the most romantic couple anyone has ever seen, and they were perfect together. One day when a big party was going on and everyone was having a blast, Maria was going out and living a happy lady’s life, Ray and his best friends were helping him prepare for Maria’s happiest day of her life. When Ray and Maria were dancing at the party and was having a ball, Ray signaled the band to stop playing and to have a stoplight to be placed over Maria and him.  He got on to his knees and took her hand.
	 “Maria, these past three years have been the best in my life I love you with all my heart and being with you makes me happier than I’ve ever been and I don’t want to lose any of this feeling so Maria Xavier, the love of my life..” he reaches into his pocket and pulls out a box, opens it and everyone was blown away of what was inside. The most beautiful diamond ring made with 24k gold with her name engraved on the inside of the diamond. “Will you marry me?”
	 Maria was overwhelmed with happiness and tears. “Yes I will I will marry you!!!” she jumped into his arms and hugged him closely kissing him like no tomorrow. They wanted to have a small wedding but the mayor wouldn’t allow that, he got the worlds’ best people to help plan the wedding. Ray and Maria knew they were famous but they didn’t expect the city would do this for them, they felt honored.  4 weeks later they became Mr. and Mrs. Xavier or what the city calls them “the Tails of Hope” the heroes of Anthsrya. For the next 10 years peace and tranquility lived throughout the years, the cities were spreading and the planet was becoming lively, more populated, and successful. While the peace was great, there was crime here and there so Ray and Maria were saving the day living up to their names being the heroes that they are, but not a soul knew that they have a special surprise, Maria was expecting a baby soon to be the newest hero in the family. When the time finally came the baby was born, a boy name Chase. He turned out to be quick on his feet and was a fast learner. Maria and Ray didn’t want to leave him alone and not being able to spend time with his parents, so they decided to teach him everything they know and he became the newest hero in the family. From when he was 7yrs to when he turned 18yrs old he was known as the “Son of the Tails of Hope”. One day he was walking home from school until he was ambushed by two of his parent’s enemies and two of Legionous generals, a hawk named Cloudkill and a wolf named Wolfbain, he fought them off as much as he could but lost. They took him to the remains of Castle Darkness to perform a ritual to bring back their lord. It seems that Legionous’ body was destroyed but his evil still lingered on. When Ray and Maria heard what happened they bolted to the castle at top speed to save their son. When they got inside the castle they saw Cloudkill and Wolfbain performing the ritual on their son, who which was out cold. Ray felt a rush of anger, fright, and rage all at the same time and lost it, charging at them both to save his son. Maria joins in to help him out but it seems like he didn’t need it, she rushed to chase to unchain him from the ritual pedestal, but all of a sudden she felt a cold feeling, a feeling she wish she never had to sense ever again, it was the evil of Legionous itself, it was trying to get to chase. She fought it off with all her strength but was overpowered by the evil force. When ray defeated the two generals he went to help Maria, then they knew they had to do the one move they used to destroy Legionous, The Twin Tail Cyclone Blast, when used at its max it can destroy anything but at a price, a high possibility they could die from using too much energy, but this was his evil essence, they might have to kick it up a few notches for it to work. So they gathered energy from all over and gathered it all in their tails. Their tails started to glow the golden light they are known for and started to attempt the technique, twisting their tails together and the light shined brighter, the ground began to quake and a beam of light that look liked it could purify the most evilest of evil things and blasted their son to get the evil that taking over is body, but they were too late Legionous was born again. The Twin Tail of Light technique uses a lot of energy and they used most of their up so they had no choice but to retreat. Although the ultimate evil was reborn, the evil was weakened caused by chase; the light in his heart kept it from being taken over.  Maria and Ray were devastated over the loss of their son, it was so much for them to bear they decided to retire from saving the world for a while till they can find a way to get chase back. 
	Eight years went by and Legion Chase was has taken over a few places but not a lot. Ray and Maria have had 2 more children now and they are fast learners the oldest is name Sky, his little brother Jake. At 8yrs Sky was a born fighter and an accomplished flyer while Jake was a good fighter and a genius he made his first gun at 4yrs. Ray and Maria were proud of them and cherished them like loving parents, yet they never told them about chase and they didn’t want to until they were older. One day while Sky and Jake were outside playing, their mother called them in for dinner, as they were running to the house it began to rain and Maria and Ray felt a spine tingling chill run through them and they knew something bad was on its’ way. They ate having a nice family dinner, Ray threw a few jokes and played with his two boys seeing how well their moves are getting, Maria giggles watching her 3 favorite men playing to together, until there was a knock at the door. Ray went to go answer it but froze, his hand just grabbing the knob. Sky and Jake didn’t know what was going on but their parents had the most scared look in their eyes. When Ray opened the door, he nearly had a heart attack seeing who was standing there, it was Chase back to normal and battle scarred. Maria being so happy to see him would have jumped up to hug him, but she didn’t, she knew something wasn’t right. Ray felt what she was thinking too, even though he looks normal his eyes were cold and evil looking. Chase’s eyes are blue and star-like; his eyes now were grey and dark. Ray told Sky and Jake to go in their room, lock the door, hide and take cover, as soon as they heard the door lock, an eerie silence swept the room, no one was making a move, all eyes were on Chase, then without warning a giant explosion... The living room has been destroyed; Chase floating in the middle of the crater that used to be the living room laughing maniacally and with intent to kill in his eyes. As much as it hurt Ray and Maria to do it they had no choice, the only way to free chase from Legionous evil hold… They had to kill him. Maria and Ray gather their thoughts and powered up for the most deadly battle they will have ever been in. If you would have blinked you would have missed the most powerful first attack ever seen. The battle lasted hours to no end, Maria and Ray used every single move they knew, even the most deadly of them all but none worked; they couldn’t touch him, Chase was running so fast their senses couldn’t keep up and they were losing horribly. When the battle ended, Cloudkill and Wolfbain appeared and were ordered to get his brothers. Cloudkill was to take Jake and put him in another part of the world separating him from Sky, and Wolfbain was to get Sky and bring him to Chase. When Sky was thrown on the muddy grass he looked up and fright took a tight grip to his heart, what he saw was something he wish he never would see, his parents... defeated. Maria with what strength she had left was begging him not to kill Sky or Jake, Chase agreed which stunned her.
	“I’m not going to kill him, yet… But I’m going to do something that will make him remember not to mess with Legionous! He started chanting words of a technique that is forbidden to perform. Maria was frightened at what he was about to do, she knew exactly what the spell does. It steals souls. She thought he was going to steal Sky soul and she dove for him but it was aimed for her. And green beam was blasted toward Maria and was about to hit her, but ray summoned some strength to jump in the way. Sky and Maria both watched in horror as Ray’s Soul was being ripped right out of him and sealed into a pendant chase whore around his neck. Sky was scared out of his mind and was frozen where he stood, Chase recited the Soul Ripper again and fired it on Sky but Maria got in the way. Sky saw his mom soul getting ripped away and grabbed her hand to try to pull it out of the blast but it was too strong and too late….. Maria and Ray Xavier, The heroes of Anthsrya, were killed. Sky couldn’t believe what he witnessed, he tried to scream in horror, but nothing came out. 
	He almost passed out from shock, but Chase grabbed him by the neck chocking him and saying these words into his ear, “I know your angry and I know your sad my little brother, I’m not going to kill you, oh no, I’m going to let you live through your days alone with no family or no home, when you get older I want you to come after me I want to see what this makes you into and I’m going to make you join me one day, MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!.......... Goodbye, MY BROTHER!!!!!!”  As soon as he finished talking to Sky he hurled him into the remains of his home knocking him out cold in the rain, and vanished leaving an evil laugh behind. The townspeople came to see what the entire racket was from last night and halted to what they saw Sky over his parent’s dead bodies crying his heart out from sadness that they are gone. The mayor sprinted to check on them and was blue in the face with fear and tears began to pour from his eyes. “The heroes of light are dead…” the mayor cries. The townspeople were struck with sadness and woe. The mayor went to Sky who was scared beyond reason and crying at the same time. “Now I know how you’re feeling and I know it’s hard to lose your parents, but Sky… Who did this? Please... I have to know who did this tragedy!!!” Sky was stunned but could hear the mayor, his hand clinching into to fist so hard his hands began to bleed and he muttered; “Legionous..”  The mayor leaned in and said “what was that?” “LEGIONOUS KILLED MY PARENTS!!!!!!!!!” Sky screamed at the top of his lungs sending the mayor flying backwards in fear. “Please tell me you’re not serious Sky, Legionous is dead” gasped the mayor.  “He was dead….but HE RETURNED!!!!! HE POSSESED MY OLDER BROTHER AND HAS BEEN REBORN!!!! HE TOOK JAKE AWAY AND LEFT ME HERE TO DIE!!!!!!!!” the mayor was struck with fear and a haunting silence over took the town. The next day a huge ceremony for Maria and Ray’s deaths, that was a sad day for Anthsrya and for Sky as well but he didn’t cry. Sky wasn’t just sad, he was pissed! Revenged driven, and ready to fight, on this day he swore that he will avenge them and kill Chase and destroy Legionous once and for all. 12 years has passed since that sad day, Sky is now 20, graduated from high school at 18 is now out on his own for his search for his parent’s killer and his brother if he still alive. The mayor did tell Sky that there is a way to bring his mom and dad back but no one had been able to do it correctly in years so Sky is off to kill Chase, destroy Legionous, find Jake, and search for the technique to bring his mom and dad back to life. This is where our Story begins and the new legend will be born and new adventures will take place on Sky’s quest. This is, “The Tails of Hope!”
