Shadow's POV
I was the first to arrive at the office. I decided to go through some papers until I try and see
Jason again. I came across the plan reports. Designs for some products. I went through it to see all
kinds of designs for men's underwear. From briefs to boxers. 'Hmm, this seems pretty good.' I thought
to myself as I looked at a certain section's design. Suddenly, the door swings open with an over
excited hedgehog exclaiming, “I'm the first one here!” He must have tripped over something. Because
just as he entered the doorway, he feel, backwards first. Poor Silver landed on his ass. “Ow! Oww,

designs. “Some points need a few minor changes, but on the hull, it really looks rather good. Will
you look it over and see what improvements you can make? Maybe some of the others can help you out
too.” “Are you serious?!” Silver asked. You could see the excitement and hope in his eyes. “Sure!
If we can work this out, it'll be a real hit! And we could surprise the living shit outta everyone.
You know what I'm saying?” “Th-the shit out of them?” “That's right. We'll surprise the whole
department!” I saw Silver smile like never before. I swear he was gonna squeal like a little girl.

Third person POV
As Jason walked down the hallway to the conference room, he felt extremely depressed. Defeated. He
felt he had no other choice but to go through with it. “Going to the product demo?” he heard a
familiar voice say. He was suddenly grabbed by his arm and was pulled towards Shadow. “ Sh-Shadow!
Wha....what is it?” He looked into the hedgehog's eyes. Those crimson eyes......they looked as if
they knew something. “What do you want?” “I just wanna help you that's all.” Jason's eyes
widened. “I-I don't know what you're talking about.” “Don't even try that. I know what's going on
at these product demos, and it's obvious. You don't really have a choice in the matter, do you?” The
hybrid felt like he wanted to say yes. And ask the black and red hedgehog for help. But at the same
time, he knew he couldn't. He was too shocked at what Shadow said to realize a coal colored hand
managed to snake down to his ass. “N-no! That's not true! I just want the clients to realize the
quality of our products! It's not what you think! Honest....” Out of nowhere, Shadow lunged his face
in towards Jason's. Forcing him to lock lips. At that moment, he felt torn. One part of him wanted to

I right?” “Stop it!” Jason turned and tried to run away, but failed. Shadow was too quick and
managed to grab his hand. “Just quit this crap Jason!” He looked back at Shadow, and smiled
sincerely. “I.....I truly appreciate your concern.....but, this is my own problem.....so....just
forget about it will you?” He used his other hand to pry Shadow's hand away. “Goodbye....I have to
go....” With that, he ran to the conference room. Shadow just stood there, with a worried look on
his face.

As everyone went on with their daily routines, Silver got up and said, “Everyone! I know you all
heard the news about Shadow picking our designs. This is our big chance! We've got to crush those
other sections!” The pink cat rolled her eyes. “Oh no.” “You know that's not going to happen.”
The purple panther mumbled. “That's for sure.” “Hey!” Silver said, glaring at his so called team
mates. “Are you with me?!” “Yeah yeah! I got it, I got it!” “Alright alright! We're with you

red hedgehog pulled a piece of paper and showed him it, “Don't worry about your friend, I made sure
that he's doing just fine now.” Ms. Shoat looked at Sonic and glared at him. “What the fuck is
going on here?! And who the hell are you?!” she exclaimed. “I-I....umm.....” Sonic tried to get
something to come out of his mouth, until Shadow spoke. “Ladies, please excuse the interruption. I'm
Shadow, the new head of section two. It's been a pleasure to meet both of you. I'll be taking over
the rest of the product demonstration from here.” he said with a casual smirk. “The fuck you
say?!” she yelled. “That's it! We're out of here!” Both the warthog and the old cat stomped out of
the room. “Wait! Ms. Shoat I'm so terribly sorry! Allow us to make it up to you later!” “Screw
you! You'll rue this day! I swear it!”
