Most of my work starts with a base prompt, then multiple leaping-frog steps using img2img until the base image has a composition I can work with. I then inpaint each character and finally I inpaint the details and correct defects. In between each major step are dozens (if not hundreds) of rounds of minute inpaints designed to modify a facial expression here, the number of toes there, and otherwise just reign in the chaos one tiny increment at a time. Each time I do this I modify the prompt just a little, usually just to revert back to the original prompt once the modification is successful. What I'm meaning to say by all this is that your results will vary.
