Her closed eyes flickered open. She was just asleep. There’s light; light in the room. Morning. Becky sat up. Her arms felt heavy and weak. She stretched her arms and upper body, yawning. She looked around, feeling warm. She was near the edge of her bed. Slightly remembering something, she turned, halfway becoming excited. She found Izzy sound asleep beside her in the bed. \n Feelings of joy filled Becky until she felt like she may let out a peep, so she covered her mouth, smiling uncontrollably underneath. \n She carefully slid out of her bed, touching lightly on the almost cold carpet beneath with her toes. She left the room quietly and headed to the bathroom. Sitting on the toilet, she couldn’t help but gush (lol) over how excited she was. \n Just last night, she kissed Izzy! She’s wanted to do that for 7 years now! She smiled and blushed, repeating to herself ‘Izzy’s gonna be my girlfriend!’\n Leaving the flushing noise of the bathroom behind, the blushing raccoon girl returned to her bedroom and there she was: Izzy, still asleep in her bed, looking like an angel as the early morning sun laid gently across her face. Becky slid carefully back into the bed, pulling the cover up to her, wanting to lay back down, but couldn’t stop staring at Izzy’s face. \n At that moment, Izzy stirred a bit and flickered her eyes open. She looked around and saw Becky’s smiling, blushing face looking back at her. She took a moment then smiled, memories of last night flooding her.\n This silent moment between the girls ended when Becky laid back down, facing away from Izzy, to get back to sleep. Becky laid there, mind racing with thoughts too fast for her to contemplate anything; she was just ecstatic. She closed her eyes and wondered how they would spend that Saturday once they’d had enough sleep. \n Suddenly, Becky felt Izzy’s legs touch hers and she responded with gentle caresses back. Izzy scooched closer and Becky could feel her body heat as she approached. Expecting Izzy’s arms to reach around her, Becky reached back and caressed Izzy’s back, bringing her closer. Izzy reached her arm over Becky’s body and brought it down, lightly resting on Becky’s tummy and chest. Becky raised her paw up to Izzy’s head and gently caressed it, turning her own to hopefully glance at Izzy’s face. \n As she turned, she was pleasantly surprised to find Izzy moving her long blonde hair and kissing the back of her neck.
