And here's a little description of what I had in mind here:
When the cub was told he needed some health checks, this is not what he had in mind at all. Some say corporations are evil, either way, the cub is testing some special drugs which are supposed to keep the user conscious and aware in stressful situations.
The cub is placed in a very tight bondage, which renders him unable to make even the slightest moves, this is necessary so that he doesn't damage himself during the tests. A tight muzzle is placed on his face to protect his voice/throat from screaming.
The cub's tender parts are first shaved, to expose them better for the following testing. He is given an injection to stimulate his penis and make it hard for the tests, the injection makes the penis hard but doesn't give any pleasure, as that could disturb the results of the tests.
The testing tools include special, enhanced fleas (enhanced to be more painful and far more itchy), a special breed of wasps, also enhanced for pain, and finally some selectively breed fire ants.
The fleas are used to bite all around the cub's cock, then hot steam is used to sensitize (and cause mild burns) on the cub's young balls, finally a tube is used to give the fire ants easy access to the cub's sensitive urethra.
To make the insects more cooperative, a special enragement gas is pumped into their containers.
The cub will be there for a while, as the expected power of the awareness drug is 1 week up to a few weeks.
The scientists are also interested to see if the modified wasps will show interest in laying eggs inside the cub's testicle flesh, with the purpose of using that flesh as food for the hatching larvae. This behavior is expected, but not certain.
At the end of the hour-long preparation, the cub's exhausted eyes close, but the drug is working as expected and the cub is forced to endure the pain, still fully aware and conscious.
If needed, the cub can be feed through and IV, there is no need for unbinding him or removing his muzzle.
The cub will not be permanently damaged.
All damage that may be occur will be fixed by sophisticated regeneration tech after the test is over, because he's a precious test subject and his sensitive parts will be needed for further testing.
