Version1
There is a village where each year as certain ritual takes place:
Each year a cub gets taken to a temple. The cubs aren't told anything about the ritual, the cubs only know they are taken to a temple to feel pleasure, and later they are to meet with the god.
In the temple they are pleasured for a year many hours daily, and get very addicted to the pleasure
When the day of sacrifice gets near, exactly a week earlier, all pleasure is cut off, and the cubs are held bound so they can't pleasure themselves either.
Then the day of sacrifice comes, the cubs very needy. The cubs are told they are going to be sacrificed for the gods, and that they will never orgasm again. The chosen cub is taken to the cave of loss and is placed on the wriggly tentacle.
The tentacle is special, it will keep the cub healthy and constantly stimulated, but never let the cub orgasm, an endless state of awareness and denial. The cub would be kept snugged and alife, unable to escape from the endless torment of pleasure without release.

Every 100 years an unsuspecting cub must be chosen for the ritual, possibly after he passes some secret test without his knowledge.
For the ritual to work the cub has to be unwilling and unknowing, taken by force and prepared for the ritual. For a year the cub is endlessly stimulated and pleasured, having many orgasms daily. Finally, the cub is brought to the tentacle, where it gives him its "blessing" which means constant stimulation and no orgasms for 100 years, after which he is released and becomes the ruler of the land

There is a decaying, dying land. To save the land from destruction, a special sacrifice has to be given.
A cub's energy will be channeled to save the land.
The cub has to be unwilling and unsuspecting, and trained to love orgasms so that he can loose it, he must really love it, the more the cub loves it, the more life force will be generated

Finally, after 100 year the process is about to complete the creature finally lets the cub come,
There are 3 different types of ending, depending on what you find more fun:
1. The cub has the best orgasm ever
2. The cub cums, but the tentacle takes all the pleasure (which is the needed life force) so the cub doesn't feel any sort of release at all
That's what the creature needed to begin with, the power of the cub's lost pleasure brings new life to the whole land
the pleasure which he would experience but never does, is removed from him but channeled into the lifestream to bring new life to the dying land
2.a) the cub is never able to feel pleasure again, it has been permanently taken.
2.b) the cub is released and can finally pleasure self, although it's still the best case of a ruined orgasm known to man and furry.
