A lot of it was scary, what with Pinkie’s misjudged coldness towards him, and the fact that he would have to take care of a foal or filly. But for every negative he had experienced, there was a positive at the end of the road. He had the pony he loved more than any other in the word besides him, and soon his lifelong wish of having his own loving family would come true.

Pinkie cleared her throat and looked at Speedy. “You’re a bit quiet, Speedy” she said to him. “Are you worried about something?” she asked.

“Its about everything that's happened the last few months” Speedy replied. “I mean, you were my first partner a few months ago. My second partner rewarded me for giving her a new hip and a new lease on life. My third one wanted to calm me down” he said. “Each of my partners changed the way I saw life. You showed me how to express love for someone, Granny Smith showed me the benefits of charity, Mrs Cake showed me I would never be alone. And now, I understand what responsibility is” he added.

“Responsibility? In what regard?” Pinkie asked him.

“I need to be responsible for my actions. I can’t run away from my problems like a colt, and i’m sure in everything I responsible for there’s a positive to it by facing it” he replied. He looked up at Pinkie Pie and smiled. “I’m gonna be a strong and responsible stallion, for you and our foal” he concluded.

“Now that's good to hear” came a voice of a purple unicorn from across the room. Speedy looked over to see to his surprise his former teacher Twilight Sparkle smiling at him. “You’ve certainly grown up from the carefree young colt you once were when you lived with me” she added.

“Not to mention unlike a lot of other colts he cares for others as well as himself” came the voice of an elderly earth pony mare. Speedy gasped as he saw Granny Smith walk in with a smile on her face. “He’s done a lot for people without any hope of reward even though he deserves it” she added.

“Plus he’s learned to think before he does anything” Mrs Cake added, walking back into the room. “He asked if we had Pinkie’s permission to have sex the other day” she added.

Speedy looked at three at the ponies who had taught him about life, then at the most important one at all. He was speechless but Pinkie was looking at him happily. “We’re all very proud of you Speedy, especially me” she said to him.  Speedy smiled, and kissed her on the lips again as the three other mares in the room gave him a round of applause.

It had being quite a journey for Speedy, with Hearts & Hooves Day the previous year the loneliest day he had ever experienced. Now a year later he couldn't have been happier. Through having sex with three mares, finding a long term girlfriend, and expecting foals in the future, he couldn't be happier. Things had changed for the better, and he had grown up during that time. He saw things differently, but still as positive as he once had what seemed a lifetime ago when he felt differently about what he cared about in the world.

The day that he had lost his virginity to Pinkie Pie, Speedy was still a teenager. He was carefree and cared little about his actions. But today he had accepted responsibility for his actions, and had declared his devotion to his girlfriend and his children to be. He was no longer a child, but an adult. A fully grown stallion that everyone who cared about him was proud of.
