Nev City Valentine’s Day

Evan and Kevin just left school for the day. Having the afternoon to themselves they were figuring out what to do for Valentine’s Day.
“Ev, what are we going to do? Grey is out of town. Dexter and Charles are going on a date and Kaila has 15 guys trying to get her attention today.”
“I have an idea. How about a party?”
