"writing": "Central Indies:\n\nIn a world similar to our own there exists a region at the center of the world. This region is called the Central Indies, due to its position in the center of trade winds and currents it's a region where all other countries and continents have had to travel through to get to each other. This has led the region to develop in unique ways. \n\nBeing around the equator and having weather that is consistent all year around leading to the name the region is also known by `the land of always summer'. Seeing as it's weather is nice all year round it ensures that is a high tourist destination. The region also Filled with lots of untapped riches and wealth led to it having it's final name. The Jewel of the ocean. \n\nCentral indies is split into three distinct set of islands. The Grand Antilles, made up of the larger islands consisting of the Twin islands Meles and Denes, The desert island of Sak Lajan and it's servient Island Esklav, The Island of beauty Sinokara and finally the island of St Luz. These five make up the grand Antilles and are generally closer to the western countries.\n\nThe Middle Antilles are islands that a bit smaller than those before and have had more calm geography. It consists of the Islands of Guyba, Ikaua, Ibeyne, Nanka and Emikkann. These islands have been more tribal in times and have always lagged behind in development with the Grand Antilles.\n\nFinally rounding out the Central indies is the tribal lands of the Lesser Antilles. These islands are small but numerous and besides the main island where a tribal council is based on the islands are home to twelve unique tribes. The tribes were once wiped out during colonization leaving only twelve left but to this day these tribes exist in these small lands that have held on to their many traditions.\n\nThis is the Central indies and these islands each have their own personality and cultures and unique history that leads them to have fun interactions. So care to find out how each island operates? Here is one such island.\n\nMeles & Denes\n\nSize: 45,276 square miles meles, 46,726 square miles Denes\n\nGeography: Meles and Denes are two larger island territories in the ``northern wing'' that lie between St. Luz and Sinokara. Their territories often include some much smaller islands between the two but both are politically in bad terms with each other often trying to claim these islands. The two of them are both roughly equal in size and have very similar shapes, two arrow-like shapes that point inwards. One can liken their shapes to butterfly wings or overall as a giant bow tie in the middle of the ocean when put together. The islands are closest at that narrow point that points inward. At that location one can quite easily swim from one place to the other. Surrounding them are smaller uninhabited islands that could be used for resources.\n\nThe Island of Meles is slightly bigger and slightly more urbanized. The cityscape spreads further into the island though there are Vast stretches of dessert and non-farmable land with a few jungles and fertile land spots around. The cities are often kept clean or at the very least they try.\n\nThe Island of Denes is in comparison a lot more rural. While Meles is mostly dessert Denes is mostly plains and grasslands with many lakes. This also gives them an edge with tourism as there's a lot more natural areas that make for great tourist spots.\n\nThe Summer Isles are often hit by tropical storms that do end up causing quite a bit of damage but Meles and Denes get hit the hardest. While they have more than enough manpower, resources, and land, the constant ravaging of storms leaves them a lot poorer than they should be. Meles can barely sustain itself agriculturally with its weather and the storms make it very difficult to make and maintain big cities in Denes. \n\nCulture: Culturally both are rather similar melting pots of culture primarily influenced by southeast Asia (which in itself has influences from southern asia and eastern asia). One might even say they have the same culture but you should take care in saying that to any of the inhabitants. As much as they are similar they don't get along too well. Politically both sides are trying to claim the land and culture as their own.\n\nMeles is more urbanized which may sometimes mean they're more modern but they tend to be slightly more conservative politically. They are also a bit more militarized. Denes is more rural but in spite of that they are sometimes more culturally inclusive so you can see little bits of people demographically from sinokara or the other islands. Despite not being on too good terms they do have to rely on each other sometimes with Denes needing help from Meles Developmentally and Meles relying on Denes Agriculturally.\n\nIn addition to the Eastern, Southeastern, and Southern Asian influences the original more indigenous inhabitants of the area and their older beliefs have all melded together influencing one another and shaping the culture as it is today. And it's from these older cultures (or what's left of them that's mixed together) that we can see the origins of their culture.\n\nWhile the two islands are sister islands lumped together throughout their history they are quite different in many respects. They both still hold their ancient martial art in reverence and have a very heavy focus on fitness. The islands can be similar in places but totally different and while they both wear the same things and have traditions in the same place the two couldn?t be more different in places.\n\nMeles is the conversative developmental and traditional island. They like in urban cityscapes as big settlements was how the formed. This is done because the storms that frequent the area tend to destroy living quarters and thus to combat this they build bigger and sturdier houses by pooling resources together. This means that multi generational households in semi decent sized apartments are the norm and few can afford a home on their own. Their are some bigger mansions and compounds outside the cities though but to save space for their industry most live in the cities making them very population dense. In contrast to that denes is the rural island where they live more scattered out. Nuclear family homes are the norm and most move out and build houses on their own when of age. They build houses using wood and forest materials so they can repair them with ease. In modern times the base of the house is concrete but outside is wood. They have a huge farming scene with most of the island being grasslands and forests with only a few towns here and there.\n\nIn terms of attitudes in general Meles is much more strict. They have a huge pressure on any male to produce a heir which while homosexuality is not frowned upon with their focus on monogamous marriages it doesn't fit into their huge adherence to producing an heir. Quite frankly the only acceptable gay relationship is one of two men who have produced seven heirs as that means they have reached the number to aspire too. Meles is also much more strict when it comes to breaking rules. They tend to idolize those who enforce rules and have a very fit in attitude which leads to them being police officers and having very low crime rates, they don't even like pirating or watching illegal videos. With how much they value discipline like that they are also unsurprisingly the most militarized island of all of them men are required to have a year of military service/training. Denes on the other hand is much more lax in this regard. Denes is more accepting of homosexuality even if it's not that common, is more accepted, under the pretense of ``boys being boys''. They tend to have less pressure on the male heir and have more relaxed father son relationship. They also are more open to polyamorous situations while you must marry a woman nothing is stopping you from having some fun with males. They also tend to not care for rules. They use drugs, sell illegal goods and pirate what they can as they say as long as it doesn?t hurt anyone you can do it. \n\nMeles in terms of nudity and sex both meles and denes have extensive sexual education but its use is different for both. Meles teaches men how to pleasure themselves and others though they don't use the latter often but the focus is on pleasuring ones wife to produce the best heirs. Meles also tries to minimize nudity so even at home while they strip down they wear a loincloth. They do sleep naked thanks to the superstition about wet dreams with the males of the family in one room and the females in another. Denes encourages boys to use the knowledge on each other but in private places hidden away in the forests. Denes is also way more about the naturists lifestyle but only at home or at gatherings of other naturalists. At home they wear no clothing and will work out naked sometimes at home. They also sleep naked thanks to the superstition with Mothers and daughters in one room and father's and sons in the other.\n\nAs for sexual tendencies they both encourage masturbation and self exploration however in Meles it is done behind closed doors in private while in denes it is more open in places where naturists are found. Denes also lets fathers take a vested interest and father son masturbation events are more common though in meles its acceptable for dads and sons to masturbate together. \n\nWhile there used to be a myriad Gods from the different cultures that have at points been told in legends, it's a family of Gods who's legacy, while nearly forgotten, continues today. It is the Sun God Diwa and his children Malendhara, Danegani, and Suri. \n\nDiwa is an archetypal sun God and Sky father. He brings light to the world, sharing his knowledge to the people like a father would to his children. He quite literally enlightens people. In contrast to his usual nurturing nature however he is a stern and righteous authority figure and the heat of his anger bears down on the people.\n\nMalendhara is a God of the winds. He is the eldest and slayer of the 7 headed sea serpent. As he had struggled against and conquered the sea serpent, he now with his gales pushed and guided seafarers through the perilous depths of the ocean. As a slayer of monsters however his winds are still dangerous blowing away any fortifications that dare stand against him along with dwellings that are simply in his way.\n\nDaneghani is the youngest and wielder of lightning. He's often good natured but immature, fickle, and playful. His lightning has given people fire and all its benefits but also it's downsides. Like how fire unchecked can cause great calamity. Daneghani had always had to be reigned in so he could use his powers for good. If he is left to his own devices he becomes much like the lightning itself, often harmless flickering awe inspiringly in the distance but can and does get people caught in the crossfire.\n\nSuri is their sister. Malendhara and Daneghani often clashed and their sister Suri acted as their mediator. She is a goddess of rain, her rain and the light of her father Diwa nurtures plants and is what allows crops to cultivate. She loves both her brothers and her father and thus their quarrels often give her great sorrow. It is said her tears come with the rain, strengthening it. The depths of her sorrow bring great floods.\n\nMeles is named after Malendhara and Denes after Daneghani and sure enough the brothers? roles reflect themselves in how their cultures developed. Meles is slightly more authoritarian, patriarchal, and tends to prioritize the eldest male child. Denes is far more lax in its values and perhaps even at times egalitarian for matters such as sex even.\n\nThe older cultures that once laid the foundation for how they are now are all but forgotten in their practices except for one certain tradition that is practiced in secret, their deadly martial art Penari Sanatan.\n\nPenari Sanatan is a Martial art that originates from these islands that were used back in the day (and sometimes even until now) for warfare and assasination. The style had strikes that made use of the whole of peoples appendages incorporating not just punches and kicks but elbows and knees aggressively targeting vital areas. They made use of grappling and debilitating joint locks that easily incapacitate any foe with ease. Less known but certainly equally important is training in the use of weaponry like kukris, bolos, karambits and kris. \n\nThe style originated from older martial arts for more straightforward fights in the battlefield but post colonization it evolved into something far deadlier. It slowly became more brutal, specializing more in very close quarters combat within limited spaces. It was well suited for stealth and guerilla warfare. While still using varieties of bladed weapons the focus shifted to the use of smaller weapons utilizing advanced knife and blade techniques all intended to kill or incapacitate.\n\nIn a sense these practitioners of Penari Sanatan could be likened to ninjas and like ninjas the old practitioners also had other means of subterfuge often of the seductive kind. Curiously enough while with ninjas the use of seductive techniques often fell to the kunoichi (female ninjas) this is not so in Penari Sanatan. The most successful Assassins of legend were male and most of their exploits involved a lot of seduction. It's even said that they made use of special techniques to aid them sexually. To efficiently kill a man one needs ample knowledge of the body to learn how to exploit it and as such it seems that includes sexual knowledge as well. \n\nThere are still a few schools of this deadly martial art but it seems on the surface that the lethality has been toned down given that there's no longer any need for such dangerous tools of war. The military of Meles and Denes are taught this martial art for CQC and basic self defense. It is said however that the more extreme practices of this art are still taught to this day in secret for the purposes of assassination. Many conspicuous deaths and unsolved assassinations are said to be the work of a secret underground assassination association based on Meles and Denes however as one might expect from professional assassins no one can outright prove this. \n\nThese Assassins are thought to have been trained since childhood in these secretive deadly arts. They not only train without any padding to cushion blows but also with hardly anything more than a loincloth if not outright training naked to discourage relying on grabbing clothes for grappling. They are even rumored to train with live blades which would be especially dangerous if there truly weren't any clothes involved. \n\nThese legendary Assassin schools are said to be led by Clans with the fathers training their young boys themselves. The fathers would train them in the arts of striking, grappling, stealth, weapon use and supposedly even those near mythical sexual techniques. One on one sessions with their fathers as they teach them the ropes within the bedroom. The Order of the assassins can lead to\n\nWith the attitudes of Meles and Denes with their fondness for workouts and martial arts the two are known to be the best security guards or soldiers around. Meles has the largest formal Navy or army in the central indies while Denes has the most amount of security firms that let them both recruit and find new assassins but also give great covers for their assassin work throughout the central indies and the wider world.\n\nUnderground to those who know though one more faction exists. This is the Hassan which is the assassin clan that leads all others. They are the ones that give out most of contracts and the ones who maintain the order. Each island has a branch of the Hassan that runs their island represented by their animal the snake or the mongoose. Each one carries half of the knowledge of the Hassan who keeps the secrets of the assassins and even the true final form of their abilities the control over the mind. While most assassins can control the body only the hassan can use their powers to influence and control someone's mind. The hassan also run the tests that each assassin must past in order to become a full fledged assassin.\n\nClothing:\n\nThey wear shorts mostly and unbuttoned shirts but since its so hot they tend to lose them before the day is done. They also have no underwear as that is seen as just another layer. However at home is where they start to differ as Meles wears a loincloth or fundoshi at home made of old cloth and Denes goes nude at home but both sleep nude both as response to a myth and for heat reasons.. They wear loose gym clothes when working out but traditional wear when practicing their martial arts. They also have loose robe like festival wear for their festivals. For schools they wear the school uniforms of the large islands of the region and with Eastern gym uniform with the loose shirts and gym shorts.\n\nFestival wear:\n\nFestival dancers:\n\nAs with most tropical countries they often dress in more relaxed breezy clothing.\n\nMeles could be said to have conservative views on dress with women but really that's more in comparison with the other islands. If anything it's less that women are restricted here much but that Men are very unrestricted when it comes to clothing.\n\nIn both Meles and Denes you may often find young boys swimming entirely naked which is far more easy to find in Denes where there are more lakes, rivers, and beaches in the more naturalistic rural countryside.\n\nPractitioners of Penari Sanatan often wear nothing more than decorative headwear and a fundoshi like loincloth. For exhibitions however they do put on slightly less revealing attire that would resemble the clothes worn by their ancestors.\n\nNotable landmarks:\n\nFactory Peninsula: A hot and polluted city outside of Meles where all the inhabitants wear loin cloths because of the heat. It is a place where the biggest factories are in Meles.\n\nWatering town: A town in Denes that has the most lakes and watering holes with how much water is around this is where you find a town of nudists that enjoy lots of swimming and fishing.\n\n \n\nNotable festival: Summer snake and winter mongoose\n\nEach island as festival but on the opposite politics with everyone dressing in festival wear that is very towel like and dancing which can give many peaks. But the main attraction is the dancers who wear the head of the animal that saved them in the story vs the one who destroyed them. It is an opposite tale as Meles believes the snake saved them while denes the mongoose. It goes into their rivalry as well as each festival is telling of them beating the other though no one knows the origins of this.\n\nSnake summer festival and mongoose winter festival\n\nFestivals that happen on the summer solstice and the winter solstice that tell the story of a folklore tail. \n\n",

At that location one can quite easily swim from one place to the other. Surrounding them are smaller uninhabited islands that could be used for resources.<br /><br />The Island of Meles is slightly bigger and slightly more urbanized. The cityscape spreads further into the island though there are Vast stretches of dessert and non-farmable land with a few jungles and fertile land spots around. The cities are often kept clean or at the very least they try.<br /><br />The Island of Denes is in comparison a lot more rural. While Meles is mostly dessert Denes is mostly plains and grasslands with many lakes. This also gives them an edge with tourism as there&#039;s a lot more natural areas that make for great tourist spots.<br /><br />The Summer Isles are often hit by tropical storms that do end up causing quite a bit of damage but Meles and Denes get hit the hardest. While they have more than enough manpower, resources, and land, the constant ravaging of storms leaves them a lot poorer than they should be. Meles can barely sustain itself agriculturally with its weather and the storms make it very difficult to make and maintain big cities in Denes. <br /><br />Culture: Culturally both are rather similar melting pots of culture primarily influenced by southeast Asia (which in itself has influences from southern asia and eastern asia). One might even say they have the same culture but you should take care in saying that to any of the inhabitants. As much as they are similar they don&#039;t get along too well. Politically both sides are trying to claim the land and culture as their own.<br /><br />Meles is more urbanized which may sometimes mean they&#039;re more modern but they tend to be slightly more conservative politically. They are also a bit more militarized. Denes is more rural but in spite of that they are sometimes more culturally inclusive so you can see little bits of people demographically from sinokara or the other islands. Despite not being on too good terms they do have to rely on each other sometimes with Denes needing help from Meles Developmentally and Meles relying on Denes Agriculturally.<br /><br />In addition to the Eastern, Southeastern, and Southern Asian influences the original more indigenous inhabitants of the area and their older beliefs have all melded together influencing one another and shaping the culture as it is today. And it&#039;s from these older cultures (or what&#039;s left of them that&#039;s mixed together) that we can see the origins of their culture.<br /><br />While the two islands are sister islands lumped together throughout their history they are quite different in many respects. They both still hold their ancient martial art in reverence and have a very heavy focus on fitness. The islands can be similar in places but totally different and while they both wear the same things and have traditions in the same place the two couldn?t be more different in places.<br /><br />Meles is the conversative developmental and traditional island. They have a huge farming scene with most of the island being grasslands and forests with only a few towns here and there.<br /><br />In terms of attitudes in general Meles is much more strict. They have a huge pressure on any male to produce a heir which while homosexuality is not frowned upon with their focus on monogamous marriages it doesn&#039;t fit into their huge adherence to producing an heir. Quite frankly the only acceptable gay relationship is one of two men who have produced seven heirs as that means they have reached the number to aspire too. Meles is also much more strict when it comes to breaking rules. They tend to idolize those who enforce rules and have a very fit in attitude which leads to them being police officers and having very low crime rates, they don&#039;t even like pirating or watching illegal videos. With how much they value discipline like that they are also unsurprisingly the most militarized island of all of them men are required to have a year of military service/training. Denes on the other hand is much more lax in this regard. Denes is more accepting of homosexuality even if it&#039;s not that common, is more accepted, under the pretense of ``boys being boys&#039;&#039;. <br /><br />Meles in terms of nudity and sex both meles and denes have extensive sexual education but its use is different for both. Meles teaches men how to pleasure themselves and others though they don&#039;t use the latter often but the focus is on pleasuring ones wife to produce the best heirs. They also sleep naked thanks to the superstition with Mothers and daughters in one room and father&#039;s and sons in the other.<br /><br />As for sexual tendencies they both encourage masturbation and self exploration however in Meles it is done behind closed doors in private while in denes it is more open in places where naturists are found. Denes also lets fathers take a vested interest and father son masturbation events are more common though in meles its acceptable for dads and sons to masturbate together. <br /><br />While there used to be a myriad Gods from the different cultures that have at points been told in legends, it&#039;s a family of Gods who&#039;s legacy, while nearly forgotten, continues today. It is the Sun God Diwa and his children Malendhara, Danegani, and Suri. <br /><br />Diwa is an archetypal sun God and Sky father. He brings light to the world, sharing his knowledge to the people like a father would to his children. He quite literally enlightens people. In contrast to his usual nurturing nature however he is a stern and righteous authority figure and the heat of his anger bears down on the people.<br /><br />Malendhara is a God of the winds. He is the eldest and slayer of the 7 headed sea serpent. As he had struggled against and conquered the sea serpent, he now with his gales pushed and guided seafarers through the perilous depths of the ocean. As a slayer of monsters however his winds are still dangerous blowing away any fortifications that dare stand against him along with dwellings that are simply in his way.<br /><br />Daneghani is the youngest and wielder of lightning. He&#039;s often good natured but immature, fickle, and playful. His lightning has given people fire and all its benefits but also it&#039;s downsides. Like how fire unchecked can cause great calamity. Daneghani had always had to be reigned in so he could use his powers for good. If he is left to his own devices he becomes much like the lightning itself, often harmless flickering awe inspiringly in the distance but can and does get people caught in the crossfire.<br /><br />Suri is their sister. The depths of her sorrow bring great floods.<br /><br />Meles is named after Malendhara and Denes after Daneghani and sure enough the brothers? roles reflect themselves in how their cultures developed. Meles is slightly more authoritarian, patriarchal, and tends to prioritize the eldest male child. Denes is far more lax in its values and perhaps even at times egalitarian for matters such as sex even.<br /><br />The older cultures that once laid the foundation for how they are now are all but forgotten in their practices except for one certain tradition that is practiced in secret, their deadly martial art Penari Sanatan.<br /><br />Penari Sanatan is a Martial art that originates from these islands that were used back in the day (and sometimes even until now) for warfare and assasination. <br /><br />The style originated from older martial arts for more straightforward fights in the battlefield but post colonization it evolved into something far deadlier. It slowly became more brutal, specializing more in very close quarters combat within limited spaces. It was well suited for stealth and guerilla warfare. While still using varieties of bladed weapons the focus shifted to the use of smaller weapons utilizing advanced knife and blade techniques all intended to kill or incapacitate.<br /><br />In a sense these practitioners of Penari Sanatan could be likened to ninjas and like ninjas the old practitioners also had other means of subterfuge often of the seductive kind. Curiously enough while with ninjas the use of seductive techniques often fell to the kunoichi (female ninjas) this is not so in Penari Sanatan. The most successful Assassins of legend were male and most of their exploits involved a lot of seduction. It&#039;s even said that they made use of special techniques to aid them sexually. To efficiently kill a man one needs ample knowledge of the body to learn how to exploit it and as such it seems that includes sexual knowledge as well. <br /><br />There are still a few schools of this deadly martial art but it seems on the surface that the lethality has been toned down given that there&#039;s no longer any need for such dangerous tools of war. <br /><br />These Assassins are thought to have been trained since childhood in these secretive deadly arts. They not only train without any padding to cushion blows but also with hardly anything more than a loincloth if not outright training naked to discourage relying on grabbing clothes for grappling. They are even rumored to train with live blades which would be especially dangerous if there truly weren&#039;t any clothes involved. <br /><br />These legendary Assassin schools are said to be led by Clans with the fathers training their young boys themselves. The fathers would train them in the arts of striking, grappling, stealth, weapon use and supposedly even those near mythical sexual techniques. One on one sessions with their fathers as they teach them the ropes within the bedroom.&nbsp;&nbsp; The Order of the assassins can lead to<br /><br />With the attitudes of Meles and Denes with their fondness for workouts and martial arts the two are known to be the best security guards or soldiers around. Meles has the largest formal Navy or army in the central indies while Denes has the most amount of security firms that let them both recruit and find new assassins but also give great covers for their assassin work throughout the central indies and the wider world.<br /><br />Underground to those who know though one more faction exists. While most assassins can control the body only the hassan can use their powers to influence and control someone&#039;s mind. The hassan also run the tests that each assassin must past in order to become a full fledged assassin.<br /><br />Clothing:<br /><br />They wear shorts mostly and unbuttoned shirts but since its so hot they tend to lose them before the day is done. For schools they wear the school uniforms of the large islands of the region and with Eastern gym uniform with the loose shirts and gym shorts.<br /><br />Festival wear:<br /><br />Festival dancers:<br /><br />As with most tropical countries they often dress in more relaxed breezy clothing.<br /><br />Meles could be said to have conservative views on dress with women but really that&#039;s more in comparison with the other islands. If anything it&#039;s less that women are restricted here much but that Men are very unrestricted when it comes to clothing.<br /><br />In both Meles and Denes you may often find young boys swimming entirely naked which is far more easy to find in Denes where there are more lakes, rivers, and beaches in the more naturalistic rural countryside.<br /><br />Practitioners of Penari Sanatan often wear nothing more than decorative headwear and a fundoshi like loincloth. For exhibitions however they do put on slightly less revealing attire that would resemble the clothes worn by their ancestors.<br /><br />Notable landmarks:<br /><br />Factory Peninsula: A hot and polluted city outside of Meles where all the inhabitants wear loin cloths because of the heat. It is a place where the biggest factories are in Meles.<br /><br />Watering town: A town in Denes that has the most lakes and watering holes with how much water is around this is where you find a town of nudists that enjoy lots of swimming and fishing.<br /><br />&nbsp;<br /><br />Notable festival: Summer snake and winter mongoose<br /><br />Each island as festival but on the opposite politics with everyone dressing in festival wear that is very towel like and dancing which can give many peaks. But the main attraction is the dancers who wear the head of the animal that saved them in the story vs the one who destroyed them. It is an opposite tale as Meles believes the snake saved them while denes the mongoose. It goes into their rivalry as well as each festival is telling of them beating the other though no one knows the origins of this.<br /><br />Snake summer festival and mongoose winter festival<br /><br />Festivals that happen on the summer solstice and the winter solstice that tell the story of a folklore tail. <br /><br /></span>",
