Councilor Rorick quickly assuaged her fears though. He too enjoyed the night air and the quiet trails, after all, though he preferred bushwacking to trails.
After calming her, he extolled the virtues of curiosity and a willingness to explore the unknown, after all, it was what Explorer Cadets was all about, no? He explained that there was another form of exploring he could show her, if she wanted to learn that is. It would have to be a secret though, an art kept only between them. In return, not only would he not report her unsanctioned wandering to the proper authorities, but he would accompany her nightly walks, keeping her from getting in trouble again.
Relieved to find she hadn't screwed her chances at staying here longer, Sam quickly agreed. Though she was somewhat uncomfortable with the idea of getting undressed in front of anyone, let alone a boy, the older councilor's soothing words soon had her out of her bottoms, leaving her standing in just panties. Unbeknownst to either of our intrepid explorers, it seems they weren't as alone as they thought. It didn't seem that the peeping tom minded what happened, quite to the contrary. And knowing they'd be back again the next night? Just more fun to the experience of camp.
