While one can be sure respite from impending backdoor violations certainly helped, the two genuinely seemed to enjoy each other's company. Though the merc said he didn't need repayment for the rescue, he was already there as it was, Rorick couldn't help but feel indebted to him. And though Rorick might have had a stay of ass-ecution, it seems that his repayment would involve a new subscription to regularly delivered ice-packs.\n\n-----\nI'm not going to lie.
