"description": "A reference sheet I commissioned from https://www.furaffinity.net/user/darkcresentskymin for my prey character, Hazel! I've had this character for about eleven years now but my standards and preferences had evolved a lot since then, and the character as originally envisioned no longer fit. So I massively overhauled the character and once that was done it felt like it was finally time to get art done to represent them. Given my feelings about the character, I felt no artist would be a better fit to represent them than Rye, if I went with any other artist it would have been a compromise. Thousands of people can tune in to a website page to watch the mouse trek through places unseen by mortal eyes in centuries, and live vicariously through him as he is inevitably eaten alive by whatever he finds there. Sometimes he'll interact with chat, but usually he'll be too occupied by whatever he's doing to even remember he's being watched by the entire internet.
