I kinda wanna go back to sleep after breakfast.” Lifty said. “That’s alright.” Splendid said, placing the food in front of the twins. They sat down, thanked him, and began eating. Splendid sat down and started eating a little bit, clearly lost in thought. Silence filled the room with the sound of a ticking clock occasionally breaking it. No one said anything for a while and just ate and looked around from time to time. “I need one of you to help me with something,” Splendid said, breaking the silence. Lifty and Shifty weren’t very thrilled to hear that. “But I’m really tired,” Lifty said. “Lazy asshole. I guess I’ll help you.” Shifty said. “After breakfast, I need to talk to you about something and I’ll need your help.” Splendid said. Splendid was deep in thought as the sounds of the boys screaming as he spanked them with the fur-brush echoed in his mind. He felt very guilty about it. After everyone finished breakfast, Lifty went back to bed and Splendid washed the dishes while Shifty waited in the living room like Splendid told him to. He was a bit nervous because he felt like he was going to be spanked again. Soon, Splendid came in, sat the fur-brush down on the table, and sat down. “Listen, buddy. I umm… I wanted to apologize about last night.” He said, his voice shaking. “It’s okay.
