This was all on the heels of quitting my full-time job and attempting to make a career out of being an artist. Honestly all that was a bit rushed and I got impatient and was left feeling a bit lost, all to eventually rediscover what I already knew, that even if I can make money and have a career as a full-time artist I won’t be able to really derive any pleasure from that unless I can do the art and create the stories I want to, staying true to my own unique vision.\n\nAfter all that, I went back to finding a job in retail, landing a couple of part-time jobs. Now I’ve mostly gotten into a steady routine to begin to more regularly work on art though I’m still adjusting to things somewhat. My plan for the present time is to work my butt off at the two part-time jobs and work on art in my free time.\n\nSo I’m back to my two current main comic projects (along with the occasional standalone illustration), the beach comic commission for Brallion and Abbeybreen and The Weird World of William Wolf.
