"writing": "Tuesday March 26, 2030 \n\n\tLaika, Lin and Vapor was sitting in the doctors office waiting to be called. Laika had Lìxúe in her arms, the rest was at home being babysitted by Tib, Katia and Fang with help of Onai, Elli and Tamra. Lìxúe was in good health, however it was checkup time for Laika, to ensure her cervix and vagina were both healing properly. During the night she had a little bit of blood come out, and it wasn’t from heat or her period. After another half hour of waiting her name was finally called. The three of them stood up and followed the female Lynx into an exam room. The nurse instructed Laika to strip down completely and handed her a pink paper gown. The nurse looked back at the male panda, now holding the pup.\n\t“He should leave since she’s going to be showing her privates,” the nurse said.\n\t“I’m her mate. I’ve seen it all before,” Lin replied with a smile and held up the pup in his arms.\n\t“Oh… Okay,” the nurse said and looked at him for a few more seconds unsure if he was telling the truth.\n\t“They’re claimed mates,” Vapor stated, hoping to reinsure the nurse.\n\t“Okay. Sure. The doctor will be here soon. Make sure you’re undressed by then,” the nurse replied then left the room.\n\n\tLaika shook her head and rolled her eyes, causing Vapor to chuckle. Lin watched Laika undress. First lifting her shirt over her head. When she pulled her shirt off her head she smiled at Lin watching her so intensely. Vapor looked over at him, not blinking at all. She burst out with a few short laughs when Laika’s pink shirt landed on his face. Vapor pulled the shirt off his face and sat it in her lap.\n\t“If you keep watching me like that Lin, you’ll end up with a stiffy,” Laika said, causing him to blush brightly. He turned his head away, not to stop watching Laika strip but to hid his blushing face from Vapor. That was until she started wiggling out of her pants. They were a bit too tight on her now. Her blue panties peeked from the zipper as she pushed down the top of her pants. It took her a moment to get her tail out from the tailhole in the pair of pants. Just my heart was breating really fast and it started bleeding,” he replied.\n\t“I’m sorry Lin,” she said then kissed his muzzle. She stood there completely naked, not even thinking about it until her mom pushed the gown to her chest. Lin took hold of the paper towel and watched his mate slip the paper gown over her arms then turned her back towards her mom. Vapor tied the paper straps to hold the gown on her daughter. Laika turned around and smiled then sat down on the exam bed.\n\t“Laika, tell me. \t“I FUCKING KNOW THAT!” Lin scowled and glared at her for a few seconds. Vapor took a step back due to his response. He exhaled and looked at her. “Sorry Vapor. I’m just tired,” he replied.
\t“I know you are,” she replied.
\t“Laika … she’s out in the play house. She’s doing her exercises trying to get back in shape. She said she’s trying to lose the fat on her stomach,” he said.
\t“Okay. I’m going to go get her and have her help with the formula. She’ll be up as soon as the bottles are done, okay?” She replied then left with Foster in her arms.

\tLaika stood on a short step stool in front of the stove, she was paying attention to the milk in the bottles, waiting for them to be warm enough. That, and listening to her mom.
\t“You need to help Lin more. He needs to study for his citizenship test. Of course, that’s if you want him to become a citizen and able to stay with you and your pups,” Vapor said.
\t“I know mom. I was just trying to get back in shape so I can get back on the cheerleading team this school year,” she replied.
\t“Laika, you’re off the team until you reach high school. You’re a mother now. It’s five years before you can do any more extracurricular activities at school,” Vapor said.
\t“No it’s not mom. It’s three years according to the packet that I got after I got kicked out of school,” she said.
\t“You sure about that?” Vapor asked.
\t“Yeah I’m sure mom. I’ve read that packet four times since giving birth,” she replied as she tested the formula mix temperature on her wrist.
\t“Either way Laika, you need to take less alone time. If you must have it, do a max of three hours a week. Do it for Lin’s sanity,” Vapor suggested.
\t“Okay mom. I will,” she replied, pulling out the six bottles from the pot.
\t“Laika, I just don’t want to see you and Lin arguing over little things like this. I know you two haven’t, but it really doesn’t take much to start an argument. Especially when you’re both sleep deprived. I also don’t want either one of you being the only one to care for your pups, it’s not fair to either one of you or any of your pups. It’s something both of you have to do,” Vapor said.
\t“I know mom. I just haven’t been able to adjust to all this yet,” she replied.
\t“You will, but it takes time though, but you need to start doing it more,” she replied.
\t“Thanks for all the help mom. I really do appreciate it. Lin too,” she said.
\t“Anytime baby,” Vapor said then hugged Laika.
\t“By the way, Happy birthday mom,” she said with a smile.
\t“Thanks sweetie,” she replied.
\t“I should get these upstairs and help Lin,” she said then headed out of the kitchen then upstairs. Vapor walked into the living room and sat down with Foster and started feeding him.
\tLaika kissed Lin and handed him a bottle. She picked up Jozu and started feeding her.
\tThe pair of lovers sat on the bed talking and feeding the five pups for the next hour. They both wondered, talked, how their lives would be from now on, especially Lin.
\t“Laika, I need to tell my father that I’m becoming a citizen here and that I’m a father. I don’t know how to though,” he said.
\t“We’ll figure it out Lin. My mom and grandma can help. Don’t worry about that for now. Just focus on studying to become a citizen first. I don’t know what I’d do without you,” she replied.
\t“I love you Laika,” he said.
\t“Love you too Panda-bear,” she said and smiled as Lin blushed from his new pet name.
