Luna was in gray shorts with rainbows printed all over and a white t-shirt that hung just barely above her hips. She was leaning on the railing and looking out over the fields to the Northwest. She turned around and looked at her boyfriend and mate and smiled.\n\t“Hey, whats up?” She asked.\n\t“Can we talk about something please?”\n\t“About what?” she asked while he rested his arms on the railing.\n\t“I’ve tried to wrap my head around and trying to figure out why you like wearing diapers. Why do you like them so much?” He asked.\n\n\tLuna exhaled and remained silent for a moment. She wanted to wring her brothers neck for telling everyone in the car that she was wearing one and peed in it.\n\t“Luna, take a breath. Your face is turned red again from you being upset. She walked him into their bedroom and sat on the bed.\n\t“I want to say this first. If at anytime you laugh or put me down I will punch you in the face hard Todd. Then I’ll take Skyler and sleep in my old bedroom again until I feel happy around you again. I mean it,” she replied.\n\t“No hitting me please, my parents. Plus you know I wouldn’t laugh at you Luna, not for whatever reason you wear them for,”\n\t“Okay Todd. After my brother and I were potty trained our parents let us continue wearing them if we wanted. Onai wore them for a bit longer then stopped. I continued wearing them. I wore them in Kindergarten and to most places throughout the years. They’re just like panties to me. Just another piece of clothing. I feel weird without them on sometimes. It was really hard not to wear them after you stayed with us after you came over after running away. I wore them every once in a while while you were here. Those days that I didn’t want to go swimming or cuddle with you or let you grab my waist or hips or push up against me, those days I wore. They bring me comfort in ways, like smoking with you. I’m not scared of anything but they just feel right,” she said and continued talking about her experience with them for another half an hour. After a moment she sat up on her knees and legs, pushed her fingers into the sides of short then pulled the shorts down to the bottom of the diaper crotch. Only my closest friends know and my family, and you of course,”\n\t“I wouldn’t tell anyone Luna,”\n\t“Thanks,” she replied and smiled.\n\t“But I still don’t really understand why you like wearing them,”\n\t“Like I said, it’s not something that can just be explained. It’s something that you have to try but you don’t have to. I won’t ask or make you,” she said then grabbed the shorts. She slid off the bed and got dressed again.\n\t“Was there anything else?” she asked.\n\t“I guess not. I understand that you like wearing them and I won’t try to stop you. If you want, you can wear them around me, I guess. Umm, openly I mean,”\n\t“I’d do it whether you wanted me to or not, but thank you Todd,” she replied and smiled back at him.\n\t“Yeah,” he replied and watched as she walked away. He smiled and held back a chuckle as he fully noticed the diaper the diaper bulging downwards from the bottom of her crotch of the shorts. After a quick adjustment he rested his arms to his sides.\n\t“So, what now?” He asked.\n\t“How does it feel?”\n\t“Kind of weird,”\n\t“Give it time. For now, lets just head out and do what we planned last week,”\n\t“You mean, the mall? I have to walk around out there with this on?”\n\t“With shorts or pants, yeah,”\n\t“Hmmm, okay,” he replied grumbling.\n\n\tA bit later Vapor dropped the two off at the mall and told them both to behave. The pair of them walked in holding paws and quietly talking to each other. After a couple of hours of walking around they headed to the food court. They ordered their food, paid, received the tray filled with food and then headed to the food court and sat down and began eating. The entire time Todd was fidgeting in his seat, shifting from one butt cheek to the other and back. Luna had noticed this the entire time but ignored it until near the end of their lunch.\n\t“You okay Todd?” She asked.\n\t“Y-yeah,” he replied.\n\t“Gotta pee?” She asked with a smile.\n\t“Y-yes,” he replied with a red face.\n\t“You know what you gotta do, so do it. I’ve already went once while we were here,” she said.\n\t“But I can’t do that here, what if someone sees?” He asked.\n\t“No one will know. Did you know when I peed?”\n\t“No,” he replied.\n\t“Just relax and let it out like normal,” she replied.\n\n\tTodd just sat there and continued slowly eating while he continued shifting in the chair. After they were done eating they dumped the tray and started talking about what to do next. Todd was slowly bouncing on his hindpaws. His face showed he was discomforted from his full bladder. Luna giggled, took his paw and walked over to an area with little traffic. “Just pee Todd. Trust me, trust the diaper,” she said.\n\t“But-”\n\t“No buts Todd, you’ve already agreed to do this. How about a banana?” Todd asked.\n\t“No,” he replied.\n\t“Peas?”\n\t“No,”\n\t“Mashed potatoes?”\n\t“No,”\n\t“Carrots?”\n\t“No,” he replied shaking his head.\n\t“Then what?”\n\t“No,” Skyler replied.\n\t“Are you hungry?”\n\t“No,”\n\t“Really?”\n\t“No,”\n\t“You’re being annoying,”\n\t“No,”\n\n\tTodd set Skyler back into the crib and grabbed his pants and slipped into them. He picked Skyler back up and left the bedroom. Down in the living room Vapor was watching TV with Fang and Elli.\n\n\t“Vapor, I can’t figure out what Skyler wants,” he said.\n\t“What do you mean?” Vapor asked.\n\t“No,” Skyler said.\n\t“That’s all he’s saying,”\n\t“Are you hungry Skyler?” Vapor asked.\n\t“No,”\n\t“Sleepy?”\n\t“No,”\n\t“You want a bath?”\n\t“No,”\n\t“You want your baba?” Vapor asked.\n\n\tSkyler smiled, nodded and said “no.”\n\t“See! That’s what I mean. And thanks to Luna slamming the door, she woke him up,” he explained.\n\t“Why did she slam a door?” Fang asked.\n\t“We got into a little argument. Nothing important,” he replied.\n\t“Okay,”\n\t“You want your mama?” Vapor asked.\n\t“Ye,” he replied and smiled.\n\t“There you go Todd. He wants mama,” Vapor said and smiled.\n\t“Mama?” Todd asked.\n\t“No,”\n\t“UUUUUUUGH!” Todd scowled quietly and walked away. He left Skyler standing and holding on to Vapor’s legs.\n\t“Todd, get back here,” Vapor said.\n\t“What?” Todd asked after returning.\n\t“Come closer,” she said.\n\n\tHe walked up to her and she lifted the front of his shirt up. “Why are you wearing a diaper?” She asked. Fang looked over and saw the diaper sticking up out from the top of his pants.\n\t“Dammit,” he sighed, “I asked Luna why she likes wearing them and after she told me I still couldn’t figure out why. We came up with a bet for me to wear them for a week. If I don’t, I have to wear a dress, panties and pink bows on my ears for a week,” he explained. Fang chuckled for a few seconds while Todd turned red from embarrassment.\n\t“Stop laughing Fang,” Vapor said then turned back to Todd. “It’s brave of you to try them Todd. But don’t let her force you to continue wearing them if you don’t want to.”\n\t“Okay but if I don’t then I have to wear a dress and pink bows EVERYWHERE,” he replied.\n\t“Verbal or written?” Fang asked.\n\t“Written,” he replied.\n\t“Haha,” Fang replied laughing, “I’m sorry Todd.”\n\t“It’s okay. I was stupid. But whatever. What do I do about Skyler?” He asked.\n\t“Take him to his mama,” Vapor replied.\n\t“Okay,” he sighed.\n\t“Todd, one more question before you go,” Vapor said.\n\t“Yeah?”\n\t“Are you having to use the diapers?”\n\t“Yes, just peeing,” he replied.\n\t“Make sure to clean yourself good. \tTodd just sat there and continued slowly eating while he continued shifting in the chair. After they were done eating they dumped the tray and started talking about what to do next. \t“Time for bed. It’s getting late,” she said then climbed onto the bed with him following. She handed him a glass of water and told him to drink it all. “Really?” He asked. With a smirk she nodded. After drinking the full glass of water he sat it down, laid down and pulled the covers over him and settled down. \tThey walked in and sat down in the living room and turned the TV on and started watching. Fang was in the dining room looking over some paperwork for an upcoming expansion. He continued to make marks along the paper, erasing, drawing again, erasing and so on.

\tAfter about half an hour Fang walked into the living room and called out for Todd. “Todd, come help me lift something please. It won’t take long,” he said. \tOut in the garage they walked over to a transmission that was sitting on the floor. Fang pulled it from his 1990 240sx to rebuild it. He screwed up and burned his clutch out and had to grind the gears into place to make the ten mile trip back home. Fang took the heavier bell housing side and let Todd take the backend where the driveshaft connects. Fang told him where they were moving it and made the move fairly quickly and easily. After sitting it on one of the work benches Fang looked up at Todd.

\t“Is Luna forcing you to wear them with a t-shirt and showing like this?” Fang simply asked.
\t“No, it was part of the agreement,” he replied with a heavy blush.
\t“Okay. I just want to make sure she wasn’t pushing boundaries. We have rules for her to continue to being able to wear them. One of them is not forcing others to wear them if they don’t want to,” Fang explained.
\t“No, not forcing me, I guess. Just written on that stupid paper,” he replied.
\t“Luna’s a smart devilish fur about making it a written agreement. I guess she learned it from her mom or grandma or both,” Fang replied.
\t“Yeah. Signed and dated too,” he replied rolling his eyes.
\t“Haha. Yeah that’s pretty crazy. Anyway, that’s what I wanted you out here for. I just wanted to make sure she wasn’t forcing you,” Fang replied then ruffled Todd’s hair between his ears. Todd chuckled and fixed his hair.
\t“Was that all?” Todd asked.
\t“Yeah. You can go now. Thanks for the help,” Fang replied and picked up a socket wrench.

\tAfter Todd reached the door he looked back to see Fang breaking bolts loose from the transmission. He let go and walked back over to Fang.
\t“Can I watch?” Todd asked.
\t“Sure. You can help me too if you want,” he replied.

\tTodd smiled and grabbed on of the stools and sat down. Fang opened a drawer and pulled out another half-inch socket set and handled Todd a socket wrench and the socket needed to open the transmission.
\t“We have to remove all the bolts that you see on the outside of the transmission casing. Just sit them in the container there labeled external bolts,” Fang said.

\tFor the next hour the two worked together to break bolts out of the crusty, dirty 39 year old transmission. It was way, WAY past due to be rebuilt. Fang was surprised that it hadn’t exploded years ago due to it’s age, but with regular and proper maintenance it lasted a good long time.

\t“How did you learn to do all of this?” Todd asked.
\t“Well, just doing it myself. If something broke I’d pull it off and fix it if I could. I just learned how to work on cars pretty much myself. There were things I couldn’t do until I made myself do it. Like this transmission and engine internals,” he explained.
\t“You’re really smart Fang. It’s awesome to know you,”
\t“I’m not all that smart, just learned how to learn, that’s all,” he replied.
\t“Wh-what?” Todd asked highly confused.
\t“I learned how to do stuff on my own. I’ve only put in new clutches and flywheels. This is my first time opening a transmission to fully rebuild it. I have no idea what I’m actually doing but I’ll learn as I, we, go along,” he replied.
\t“You aren’t afraid to break it?” Todd asked as as he snapped a bolt off into it’s hole, “shit. I’m sorry,” he said panicked.
\t“It’s alright Todd. It’s almost forty years old. It’s expected. We’ll get the bolt out later. And no I’m not afraid to break it. It’s already broken, which is why I’m tearing it apart. I gotta learn someway and this works out well. I can try to rebuild it. If that fails, I’ll just buy a new used one and have a shop rebuild it for me,” he replied.

\tTodd exhaled and stiffened his body, half expected to be punched, pushed off the stool, kicked and beaten. But let out a sigh and smiled up at Fang who was looking at him worried. “I still sometimes think or feel like I’m going to be beaten for doing something wrong. It’s why I always try to stay away from others when I can,” Todd said quietly sitting the wrench down. Fang nodded and walked over to him. Todd gasped while Fang lifted him into a hug and patted his back. It’s been just a little over two years since Todd moved in with the Wolfe family.
\t“You know we would never beat you like that Todd. I’m sorry you still feel that way because of your shitty parents,” Fang said. His dirty, greasy paws rubbed the back of Todd’s head as he hugged him. Fang didn’t mean to intentionally get him dirty like that though. Todd hugged him back then sat back down after Fang let him go.
\t“Thanks Fang. I know you or Vapor or anyone else wouldn’t. It’s just always at the back of my mind,” he replied.
\t“I know it is,” Fang replied and handed Todd the socket wrench back.
\t“You still want me to help on this?” Todd asked.
\t“Of course, if you want to,” he replied with a smile.

\tThey two of them sat there and had the casing taken apart after another half an hour. Fang took pictures of everything, cleaned it up as good as he could and took more pictures as they slowly and carefully removed all the torn up gears.

\tAnother half hour passed when the garage door from the house opened. Luna walked out and up to the boys.
\t“Todd, what are you doing?” Luna asked.
\t“Helping your dad. Why?” He replied then pulled out a gear after Fang took a picture.
\t“It’s been like two hours. I just noticed,” she replied.
\t“You just noticed that Todd was gone for over two hours?” Fang asked.

\t“And have you forgotten about Skyler or your chores?” Fang asked.

\t“I’ve done it before, losing track of time,” her dad replied and chuckled.

\t“We’re rebuilding the transmission for the 240sx,” Fang replied.
\t“Why did you let Todd get so dirty?” She asked.
\t“Because we’re working on a dirty transmission?” Fang replied then looked up at her, “why are you so upset about it?” He asked raising an eyebrow. She stood there mouth slightly opened and her face slowly turned red from embarrassment. “N-nothing,” she replied.

\t“Seems like you’re having fun,” she said looking at Todd.
\t“I am,” he replied with a smile and removed another gear.
