"writing": "Chapter 7\nTuesday June 27, 2028\n\n\tVapor jerked up in bed as did Fang, who yelped in pain from his chest, after Todd yelled their names rushing into bedroom at two AM on that June Tuesday morning. Crying and speaking incoherently.\n\t“Todd slow down,” Vapor urged him. He was tapping his fingers together and pacing back and forth quickly.\n\t“Luna. Luna. Luna. Cry. Blood. Don’t know. Help. Pain. Luna. Crying. Needs help,” He stuttered out.\n\t“Todd speak,” Fang shouted loudly. Todd stopped and jerked his head towards them and held up his paws. They were drenched in blood and shaking. The bright red blood was clearly shown against his white fur.\n\t“Shit! I’ll go check on Luna. You be careful Fang don’t rush yourself,” Vapor said and left the room quickly.\n\t“Todd, help me downstairs please,” Fang shouted to Todd before he could leave the room.\n\n\tVapor rushed into Todd’s room to see Luna bleeding from between her legs, from her vagina. Luna was hyperventilating and staring intensely at the pool of blood on the bed. Her eyes wider than her mom has ever seen before. She was breathing fast, way too fast. Vapor rushed up to her and tried to snap her out of it. “Luna. Baby. Hey look at me. Luna!” Vapor said with her paws on Luna’s face. Vapor looked down and saw the blood pool quickly increasing in size. Suddenly Luna went limp and fell backwards on to the bed. Her head slammed against the thick solid wood headboard. A small pool of blood started forming on the shelf and leaking down the headboard facing. Vapor shrieked and spotted Luna’s cellphone and dialed 911. Fang and Todd walked in as Vapor was panicking on the phone. Todd ran up to Luna and grabbed her paw.\n\t“Luna? Luna? Wake up Luna!” He said as tears started dropping from his eyes again. Fang hobbled into the bathroom and grabbed a towel and returned. He carefully lifted her head and placed the towel on the deep gash on her head.\n\n\tTwenty minutes later Vapor and Luna, who was barely conscious, was in an ambulance. After the three paramedics was inside, they rushed off to the hospital. Everyone stood outside the house and watched the ambulance speed away. Todd had his head buried in Fang’s body crying. Gripping Fang’s fur hard, his claws digging into his side, but not drawing blood. Willow ushered everyone back inside. After getting all settled down she finally got everyone back to their rooms. Todd stood at the front door just staring out of the window. Fang walked up to next to Todd and placed his paw on Todd’s shoulder. He guided Todd to the living room.\n\n\t“Todd,” Fang said. After a few times of calling his name Todd snapped out of the stare and looked over. His eyes wide as if he had just seen a ghost.\n\t“Luna will be okay. I promise,” Fang said to him. Todd tilted his head to the side and slowly nodded. Fang took his paw, still covered with her blood, and pulled the shocked rabbit over to him. Fang pulled him into his lap and held him in a hug. It hurt Fang from the extra weight bearing down on his chest and arm but endured it. \n\n\tWillow walked down the stairs and into the living room. She smiled at Fang upon seeing him hold Todd. “I changed the sheets on his bed and replaced the comforter,” Willow said quietly. Fang nodded in reply while Todd cried in his embrace.\n\t“Is he okay?” Willow asked.\n\tFang nodded.\n\t“Are you okay?” Willow asked.\n\tAgain Fang nodded.\n\t“He falling asleep?” Willow asked.\n\tFang shook his head.\n\t“You be careful of your injuries Fang,” Willow warned.\n\tFang smiled and shook his head no. Willow smiled back and shook her head.\n\t“You’re not talking because he’s hurting your chest right?” Willow asked.\n\t“Y-y-es,” Fang said quietly and labored.\n\t“Be careful and try to get some sleep. I’ll take him to the hospital tomorrow so he can see Luna,” Willow said and then entered the kitchen. She returned a few moments later with two bottles of water and sat them on the table next to Fang and Todd.\n\t“T-thanks mom,” he replied.\n\t“No problem sweetheart. Hectic return back home, huh?” she asked. He only nodded in replied then watched as his mom left.\n\n\tFang rubbed Todd’s back and head for the next hour until he finally fell asleep. Fang exhausted, slowly fell asleep himself still holding Todd in his fatherly embrace.\n\n***\n\n\tSeven AM rolled around and Willow walked into the living room to see Todd sleeping in Fang’s lap, who was still asleep himself. She smiled at a memory of Fang, Onai and Luna. Both cubs would fall asleep in Fang’s lap. One time Fang had to pee really bad but didn’t want to wake them up, so he endured it for almost two hours. Onai and Luna was around six at the time. With another smile Willow walked into the kitchen and prepared pot of coffee.\n\n\tAs the smell of coffee lofted into the living room Fang grunted as he woke up. He looked around confused. His mom sat on the couch looking over at him. “Easy Fang,” she said and smiled then took a sip of her coffee. He looked down at Todd and then remembered what happened.\n\n\t“Have you heard from Vapor?” Fang asked.\n\t“No. It’s only seven. I was going to call her after I have my first cup,” Willow replied.\n\t“Okay. Let me know please,” Fang said and then went back to sleep.\n\n\tAn hour later Fang woke back up. Todd was sitting over on the couch on the phone. Tears in his eyes but was smiling. Willow sat next to him.\n\n\t“Morning mom,” Fang said while stretching.\n\t“Morning. Luna is fine,” Willow stated.\n\t“Oh thank goodness. What happened?” Fang asked.\n\t“I don’t know yet. But she checked out fine externally. They’re waiting for all of the X-rays, Cat-scans and MRI. The pup is fine as well. But they’re keeping her until she gives birth,” Willow explained.\n\t“I love you Luna. See you soon. I miss you. Love you. Bye bye. I’ll be there even if I have to walk myself. Bye bye,” Todd said and then handed the phone back to Willow.\n\t“You okay?” Fang asked. Todd looked over and breathed deeply.\n\t“Yeah I’m okay. Luna says she’s okay too, just scared,” Todd replied.\n\t“We’ll go see her a little later. And no you don’t have to walk,” Fang said and smiled.\n\t“Thank you for caring for me last night. You treated me like your own cub. Like a father should. I enjoyed… No… I loved that feeling,” Todd said then smiled.\n\t“Come here,” Fang said and patted his leg with a grunt. Todd got up and walked over and sat down. Fang pulled him close and hugged him.\n\t“I will always care for those that are close to my family and friends. Ones that deserve it. Those who help me, my family or my cubs. Even though you’re possibly the father of her pup. Or that you smoke. Nothing changes the fact that Luna loves you and you love her. Your a good cub Todd. I will always take care of you and help you when you need it or ask for it,” Fang stated and hugged him again.\n\t“Is this how a father really is?” Todd asked.\n\t“Damn right it is!” Fang exclaimed and smiled. “Just follow our rules and you won’t get punished,” Fang added.\n\t“Okay I will. Thank you Mr. Wolfe,” Todd replied.\n\t“Please call me Fang,” He replied and ruffled Todd’s hair.\n\t“Okay Fang,” Todd replied smiling and gave a short laugh that quickly turned into crying. He buried his head in Fang’s chest. Willow looked over while on the phone with Vapor, her eyes showed pure sadness for the young rabbit. Fang rubbed Todd’s head while he cried.\n\n***\n\n\tTodd walked into the hospital room and saw Luna hooked up to a couple of machines and a few IV’s in her arm. They both smiled at each other. Todd walked up and kissed her. The top of her head was wrapped with gauze, her ears poked out from two openings and a couple of wraps went down the side of her face, under her muzzle and back up again, ensuring that the head wrapping wouldn’t move or come off.\n\t“Are you okay?” Todd asked.\n\t“I am and you?” Luna asked\n\t“Yeah thanks to your dad. Luna your dad is awesome. You know that?” Todd said smiling.\n\t“Yeah, my dad is the greatest,” She smiled. Fang walked over and kissed her muzzle then walked over to a wall and looked at a dry erase board with details of Luna.\n\t-Admittance date: June 27 2028\n\t-Name: Luna Wolfe\n\t-Age: 13\n\tNotes/Restrictions\n\t-Pregnant\n\t-No walking without adult help.\n\t-250mg Cubylenol for pain. ONLY!!!\n\tThe board listed a few other things pertaining to diet and disliked foods.\n\n\t“Did they figure out what happened?” Fang asked Vapor.\n\t“Yeah. They had a look inside with a camera. Her cervix and vaginal wall was torn. A little bit too rough during sex it seems,” Vapor explained. They looked over at Todd and Luna, who were both blushing but also worried.\n\t“She’ll be able to have the pup through normal means. But they can’t have sex for a while until she heals up,” Vapor explained further.\n\t“Vapor can I get on the bed with Luna?” Todd asked.\n\t“Uh. I don’t know. I did with Fang, but that was years ago,” Vapor replied. Todd smiled, shrugged and got up onto the bed and laid down next to her.\n\t“If a doctor or nurse instructs you to get out of the bed, I expect you to do so without question or fuss. Understood?” Fang stated.\n\t“Yes Fang,” Todd replied. He turned over on his side and looked at Luna and smiled. She kissed him for a short moment. Her paws on his muzzle. She looked longingly into his purple eyes and smiled.\n\t“Todd… I love you,” Luna said quietly.\n\n\tA couple of hours passed when her doctor walked in. Luna leaned up a little bit and looked across Todd’s body at him.\n\n\t“Are you Luna’s boyfriend?” The doctor asked walking up to the bed.\n\t“Y-yes sir,” Todd replied.\n\t“Ah good. \tVapor jerked up in bed as did Fang, who yelped in pain from his chest, after Todd yelled their names rushing into bedroom at two AM on that June Tuesday morning. Crying and speaking incoherently.

\t“Luna? Luna? Wake up Luna!” He said as tears started dropping from his eyes again. Fang hobbled into the bathroom and grabbed a towel and returned. He carefully lifted her head and placed the towel on the deep gash on her head.
\tTwenty minutes later Vapor and Luna, who was barely conscious, was in an ambulance. After the three paramedics was inside, they rushed off to the hospital. Everyone stood outside the house and watched the ambulance speed away. Todd had his head buried in Fang’s body crying. Gripping Fang’s fur hard, his claws digging into his side, but not drawing blood. Willow ushered everyone back inside. After getting all settled down she finally got everyone back to their rooms. Todd stood at the front door just staring out of the window. Fang walked up to next to Todd and placed his paw on Todd’s shoulder. He guided Todd to the living room.

\t“Todd get you ass over here,” Fang stated snapping his fingers and pointing his finger to the floor in front of him. Todd lowered his head and walked over.
\t“The truth, what were you doing?” Fang asked and stared at him.
\t“I-I-I uhhhh…” Todd stuttered and trailed off staring back at Fang.
\t“TODD!” Fang spoke louder.
\t“I-I w-was ju-just rubbing her t-tummy but I went a little too low. I-I’m sorry. I-I did-didn’t mean to,” Todd replied as tears started welling up. Fang placed his paw on Todd’s shoulder and pointed his right index finger at him.
\t“Do not go below her stomach. Understood?” Fang scolded him sternly.
\t“Y-yes s-sir. S-sorry,” Todd replied eyes still wide open.
\t“If I catch you with your paws below her stomach, I’ll ground you. And you’ll sleep in our room on a cot. You will not be allowed to see Luna unsupervised. Understood?” Fang said.
\t“Can? Can you really do that? Keep us apart?” Todd asked.
\t“Yes. You two aren’t claimed mates or married,” Fang replied.
\t“Oh okay. I’m sorry,” Todd replied.
\t“Sit in the chair for ten minutes then you can go back to Luna,” Fang stated.
\t“Yes sir,” Todd replied and sat down in the chair. He looked over at Luna and frowned. Luna made a funny face at him trying to cheer him up. He giggled out loud. “Todd, you’re in time out,” Fang stated.
\t“But. But. But. L-L-Lunaaaaaa!” Todd stated pointing at her.
\t“Luna, whatever you’re doing, stop. He’s in timeout. I’ll put you into timeout as well if I have to,” Fang stated.
\t“Yes dad,” Luna replied then turned over onto her side.
\tAfter his timeout he moved back over and laid down beside Luna and smiled and then kissed her.
\t“This is going to be a long six months or longer,” He said.
\t“Yeah and think about me, I go into heat every few months,” Luna replied.
\tLater that evening Todd kissed Luna and said his goodbyes for the night. He walked over to the door and stood by it waiting for Fang and Vapor.
\t“Mom. I want my laptop tomorrow please,” Luna asked.
\t“Okay sweetie,” Vapor replied and then ran her fingers through Luna’s hair then kissed her. Fang did the same then the three of them headed home.",
