Assuming Medina's Meatrope is just cast at fifth level and the caster gets all natural 1s on their d20 rolls, the shortest the caster's cock will get by the time the spell ends is 43 inches (109 cm). However, if the caster burns a 9th level spell slot and rolls all 20s and 8s, their cock will grow to 3,832 inches (9733 cm). That's enough to use it to scale the side of Big Ben and have 100 inches (254 cm) of slack to spare. I did the math. Assuming Medina's Meatrope is just cast at fifth level and the caster gets all natural 1s on their d20 rolls, the shortest the caster's cock will get by the time the spell ends is 43 inches (109 cm). However, if the caster burns a 9th level spell slot and rolls all 20s and 8s, their cock will grow to 3,832 inches (9733 cm). That's enough to use it to scale the side of Big Ben and have 100 inches (254 cm) of slack to spare. Disclaimer: I could be completely off base because I'm shite with math, even with calculators...but hey, Big Ben ain't gonna scale itself.
