Del got the beatings of his life, and Cassidy got ruthlessly blackmailed throughout her pregnancy, with Cop Silas constantly threatening to arrest her. he wanted full custody of Murphy, and for Ms. Cassidy to get the fuck out of town. as Silas always got what he wanted, she listened. Murphy never met her, and neither Del nor Silas ever told him anything about her. \n\nCassidy deeply regretted the entire ordeal, and worries about Murphy often, even though she never got to see him after he was born.
