2. Seeing a shooting star, he wishes to it to become a big, grown-up Neopet!
3. As the shooting star begins granting his wish, he begins transforming! Maybe also getting an erection from magically-induced pleasure.
4. He grows larger, becoming a female, "Christmas" Aisha, who has no collar, a more reindeer-like nose that's blue or pink, & a tail with a white, fluffy underside like deer doe have.
Optional #2: While he transforms, he uncontrollably, unexpectedly & pleasurably ejaculates as his male genitals shrink & become female genitals, as he becomes a female Aisha.

But, as some fireworks explode, her water breaks, & she goes into labor! She's embarassed to be giving birth in public, but everyone's mostly too focused on the festivities to pay attention to her.
12. Surprisingly, giving birth feels good for her... & as the countdown finishes, & the New Years Ball drops, her baby "crowns" - the baby's head emerges from the Aisha's vulva! It might startle her, but since the head is the biggest & most difficult part, she's able to finish giving birth leisurely aftewards.
Note: I think having her baby be female or a feminine hermaphrodite with reindeer-like traits like her mom has would be nice.
