Charm is a whats called a “Mail runner,” Kumara city has an odd construction to its buildings and houses. Some stretches of homes sit deep within the city, not connected by roads and near impossible to reach via car, thats where Charm comes in. Using her natural speed and athleticism, she can dash, leap, and climb her way across the city in ways that no vehicle can.\n\nIf need be, she can also use a little magic spell to further boost her physical abilities at a cost...\n\nCharm leaped across several buildings as if she was hopping across stones, she dropped mail into each house’s specially designed chimney for Mail Runner deliveries. She then slid down a rooftop and flipped off the edge, landing on distant roof as she picked her pace back up.\n\nShe’s ran this particular route many times so most of her movements here are automatic here. Charm’s eyelids grew heavy as she moved, blinking slowly with dark circles beneath them.\n\nSoon enough her eyes closed and stayed that way for a minute only to swing back open as she fell off the roof, catching on to a ladder with a single hand at the last second. \n\n“Whoo…” she sighed as she wiped her forehead. “Oh crap!” she gasped as she felt the ladder shake. Sure enough the ladder fell, with her on it. As she rapidly approached the ground, Charm leaped off the ladder and landed in a small alleyway with a roll. The iron ladder let out a loud clang as it hits the ground.\n\n“Jeez, keep it together Charm.” she scolded herself. She then stood up and pulled a bottle of water from her bag and chugged half of it before putting it back. “Alright, just…five, ten, fifteen….twenty three more houses to go. I got this.” She readies herself and started jumping from wall to wall until she made it back to the roof and continued on her route. \n\nAn hour or so later, at this tall land that extends high above the city, its called named Oddland. Oddland is where all the Oddwonz live, an assortment of fun colorful houses that each have a plaque above the door that shows what Oddwonz live there. The Oddwonz are a crazy bunch, weird and rare, and only understood by each other.\n\nInside Charm’s house is Charm’s cousin Zana, a chubby panda with an eye patch, she was meditating on the floor in the living room. Next to her was Crystal, a slim fox with a bushy tail who was clipping her toe nails on the couch. In the kitchen is Poshie who was exiting the fridge with a big bowel of ice cream in hand, and lastly the raccoon sisters, Alex and Manoa. Manoa is the blue one and Alex is the green one, both girls were waiting by the living room window, playing cards and occasionally peering out the window. \n\n“Window watching isn’t gonna make her get here any faster girls.” said Poshie as she plopped down on the couch next to Crystal and Zana.\n\n“Yes, patience is a virtue or…some shit.” said Zana. “OW!” she yelled as Poshie slapped her across the back of her head. “Poshie!”\n\n“No cursing in front of the kids. Say something tv friendly like crap or…uh-” started Poshie, scratching her cheek as she tried to think of another word.\n\n“Butt mud? Heh heh!” Alex chuckled. \n\n“Nice one!” said Manoa as she gave Alex a high five.\n\n“Oh wow, girls thats kinda gross.” Crystal giggled.\n\n“Yes, Butt mud! That works.” said Poshie as she dug into her ice cream.\n\n“Poshie!” yelled Crystal with a laugh.\n\n“Why are you two so worried? Sister Charm is the best mail runner in the whole damn city.” Zana boasted proudly. Though she’s just Charm’s cousin, she thinks of her as a sister and Charm and Poshie make sure to let her know that the feeling is mutual.\n\n“We know…” said Manoa and Alex with their ears drooping.\n\n“Its just…she’s been coming home later and later now…” said Manoa, the worry in her voice clear to everyone.\n\n“Yeah! The suns going down and everything!” Alex added as she pointed out the window.\n\n“Its because she got an extra shift dumped on her. Why was that again, one of the other mail runners is sick right?” Crystal asked as she stuck out her foot and wiggled her freshly clipped toes.\n\n“Yep, that was it. Sadly our city doesn’t have a lot of mail runners at the moment, so when one’s down, the others have to pull double duty.” Poshie explained.\n\n“I wish I could fill in for Charm but I’m…” said Zana as she looked down at her pudgy stomach.\n\n“Too girthy?” Crystal asked with a smirk.\n\n“You wanna get the fur smacked off you face Crystal?!” Zana threatened. Crystal simply giggled in response.\n\n“So…shes gonna keep being late?” Manoa asked.\n\n“That sucks…” Alex griped, folding her arms as she pouted. “Also I win…” she said as she held up the winning card with her toes.\n\n“BULL SPIT!” Manoa raged as she threw down her cards.\n\n“Aww, I think its sweet how much you girls miss her each day.” said Poshie as licked the ice cream off her lips and spun the now empty bowel on her finger. “OPEN UP OPEN UP OPEN UP!” Alex shouted.
“Don’t worry, I’ll get the door!” said Charm as she clapped her hands together and reduces the water to mere droplets.
“EEK! Oh crap!” Alex whimpered as Charm pounced on her and the two rolled their way through the doors of the building and crashed into a sea of pillows. Alex emerged from the pillows, crawling her way out.

“Gotcha…” said Charm in a low gravelly tone. “Now you suffer the punishment…”

A short while later, Alex was naked on the floor kicking her legs laughing while Charm is sliding her electrified hands up and down the side of her body. “That I am! I’m the controlling the wind magic that started this little game!” Manoa called out as a gust of wind rolls through and lifted up Charm and Alex, carrying them into the pillow walls. They emerged on the other side and were greeted by a sea of fluffy pillows and Manoa sitting atop a throne made of pillows with her legs crossed.

Manoa pointed over to a curtain opening up. Anna, a grey dog woman with bright blonde hair emerged from the curtains, carrying a sparkling robe.

“Well, have fun mom.” said Manoa.
“Yeah, sleep well okay.” Said Alex as she and Manoa got ready to leave.

“Oh, your ideal day is to relax and do nothing so uh we’re letting you relax.” said Manoa, puzzled by Charm’s response.
“And do nothing.” added Alex.
“Only half right little stripes.” said Charm with a finger raised. Alex and Manoa tilt their heads like confused puppies at Charm’s words. “The number TWO thing I’ve been craving since going on this long work stretch is sleep. Thats true but the number ONE thing I’ve been missing all this time…is you two.”
“Oh!” Manoa and Alex’s gasped.
“I guess its a little hard to read me huh…” said Charm as she looked at their reaction. “The only thing worse than being dog tired, no offense Anna.” Anna giggled at Charm’s mention of her.
“It Was all the time I missed with you. I’m not a crier but…breaking all those promises to you girls sucked, it really did, I kept trying to finish my work faster and faster so I could maybe get home early but everytime I still ended up coming home late and passing out.” Charm said as her eyes watered a little. “So now, thing can finally go back to normal, I can go back to driving you two insane and you can go back to driving me insane. If my first day off in weeks didn’t end with you two in it, I’d rather go back to work…”
“Mom…” said Manoa and Alex is a soft tone.
“Mmm hm.And thats why I went ahead and made these. You know your mom well but I know pretty well too so I thought ahead.” said Anna as she levitated two more robes like Charm’s over to Alex and Manoa.
“Anna…” said Manoa.
“Woah…”said Alex.
“So…wanna take a nap with your favorite panda mom?” said Charm with a big smile, her eyes still wet.
Manoa and Alex’s faces welled up with tears but they try their best to fight them back and faiedl.
“YES!” they blurted out as they tackled Charm onto the sea of pillows. Hugging her tightly while she hugged them back. The three of them smiling and laughing ear to ear.
“Time for me go. Enjoy yourselves now.” said Anna in a whisper as she turned and left with a smile. “Y’know Charm, for a girl that swears she doesn’t know what she’s doing being a mom, you sure do have some loving daughters.”
A short while later, Charm was laying on a mound of soft fluffy pillows with her arms wrapped around Manoa and Alex was laying across her mother’s side. Alex and Manoa were wearing in their robes and nothing else, just like Charm. Their clothing laid off to the side of the room.
“You two realize you didn’t HAVE to be naked under your robes too right?” Charm asked.
“Yeah but we stripped you so its only fair.” giggled Manoa.
“Yeah, plus I get to be technically naked and nobody can get mad about it so its a win win!” Alex laughed.
“Figures, weird woman raises weird kids.” Charm yawned.
“Happily weird mom. Happily.” Manoa and Alex said together, following up with yawns of their own.
“Alright, its pass out time.” said Charm as she got comfy.
“Yeah…agreed…”said Manoa and Alex with a sigh. Alex climbed over Charm and squeezed in with Manoa in the warm embrace of Charm’s arms.
“Night mom, night Manoa.” said Alex.
“Goodnight mom, goodnight Alex.” said Manoa.
“Well I mean it is like early EARLY in the AM but whatever, no need to get specific right?” Charm joked.
“MOM!” the girls groaned while Charm laughed in response.
In no time at all, Charm and her girls drifted off into a deep sleep… Together…
