Sabrina had just arrived in Subcon Forest, a lonesome stretch of woods covered in dense shrubbery and trees. Why was she trespassing this haunted stretch of land? It's because her friend had flew off somewhere straight past this forest - and literally flew; as the female human's best friend was an Ice Wyvern by the name of Aster. Why did her dragonic friend fly off? He got spooked off by a strange hooded girl and now, Sabrina's searching for him. Letting out a sigh as she followed the dirt path in the quiet, dark forest. Eventually a small figure caught her attention. "Hey!" She called out but only watching this smaller form run further down the path - causing her to shout. "Hey! W-Wait up!!" Her pace picked up as her walking shifted into running - chasing this smaller person-looking creature down the path, before her foot stepping down onto a well-hidden trap. Yelping as the trap sprung up and held her in place. The trees this bag-like trap was hung in were sturdy and definitely pretty healthy. As she struggled, she could hear the wind picking up as it howled out loudly, leaves being brushed into the air as it picked up even more, this continued for a few more good seconds before the trap dropping from the trees; Sabrina yelps out as she hit the ground, squirming free from the white cloth before she noticed she wasn't surrounded by forest anymore - but a small purple cloudy area. Slowly, she recovers herself and gets back onto her feet, staggering back as lightning clashed and thundy roared out. "AHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAA! FOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!" A voice shouted out as a long, tall slender black ghost-like figure came up in front of her. "YOU BLEW IT! YOU'VE TOTALLY SCREWED YOURSELF! NO ONE ENTERS MY HOME AND LEAVES IN ONE PIECE!" Sabrina staggers back a little more as she stared up at the much taller figure in front of her, before the male added on. "Tell you what though!... Hang on a minute... You get to live! That's right! Aren't you lucky?" The dark purple ghost spun around her, his tail brushing against her as it was almost like he tried to coil himself around her frail figure. "Normally, I'd eat your soul and toss your body! But you're a lucky one! You've won the lottery, cause I just happen to be missing yet another braindead servant!" Sabrina was about to interrupt but only for the ghost to add on even more. "That's right! The last one wandered too far into the swamp, and got killed! One of the swamp creatures managed to drag him under and drown him! And now... I need a new towel boy.." A huff came from him. "So~! Tell you what, I have a piece of paper here... Don't dare worry about the details! I just need you to sign it... Right here, at the bottom!" A piece of paper soon appeared out of thin air in front of the smaller human, along with a quill pen. Sabrina blinks and silently stares at it before reaching her hand up and grasping onto the feathered pen. She scribbles her name onto the signature part of the paper. "AHHHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAA! That seals the deal~!" Snatcher laughs and picks up the signed contract, and stamps it on the bottom. "We're in business!" The paper poofs away from his hand, but however, poofed into Sabrina's inventory - the ghost coiled his tail around the human's legs and a wide grin grows across his face. "Lemme just grab this real quick though..." He mustered as a few flashes of light purple struck onto Sabrina's body; eventually causing her soul to flow out of her own body, leaving her feeling exceedingly empty inside. "Whoops~! Guess this soul belongs to me now... Don't you worry though! If you do your chores quickly, you'll have it back reeeaaaal soon...~" He uncoils around her and floats upwards, "And don't forget about our little contract! I put it into your bag so you will never loose it..~" After that, he disappears into the ground and the area reverts back into the lonesome forest. Sabrina blinking as she thought what had just happened wasn't true, so she grabs her bag and pulls out the rolled up paper and opens it up. It was real alright - and now it looks like, if she wants to get her soul back, then she'll have to complete all the tasks this strange shadow-ghost is going to give her. A hefty sigh escapes her, as she continued down the path to complete her first contract.
