I've changed the drawing so the car has a white tag with red print. When I posted it with the red tag and yellow print, I forgot about those tags expiring throughout 1960.
The character driving the car is a teenage cat who got that car as a school graduation gift that year of 1960, thus the tag was issued in June of 1960, and would be one that expires in 1961, which is a white tag with red print.
