In the part of northwest Kenya where my fursona was born and grown up, everyone speaks with a thick, Kenyan, non-rhotic, English dialect...That accounts for the dialect Moyo, his family and friends speak with.
This video has a good example of that dialect... Among the characteristics of that dialect, it is common for the "R" sound to be slight or non-existent, and vowels are often strongly and abruptly emphasized... Also words such as "is", "has" and "was" are pronounced with a long "S" rather then a "Z" sound;

On occasion, the locals where Moyo's family are from will use Swahili in certain situations, like when startled or angered.
An improvement to the drawing was also done to make the proportions more natural. In the original 2013 drawing, the left foot of Moyo Mongoose (as a cub) was drawn a bit too big and placed too close to the foreground to where it didn't look quite natural.
At the time I drew the original, I use to do all my drawings exclusively with colored pencils and paper...after which I would photograph them onto an SD card, then transfer them to an art site posting.
That was at a time before I started doing digital and mixed media drawings.
The clip art I use to do up until two years ago was done at an Office Depot that had a Xerox copy machine, using paper copies of my sketches, scissors, glue stick and white-out. Then a final drawing to be coloured was copied from the final composite (I usually made 3 final copies to save myself a trip back to Office Depot in case I messed up colouring one)
Thus, if I discovered something in a drawing that looked odd after I had completed it, back then I had to just let it stay that way.
You may have noticed a few of my drawings in my gallery dating back before August of 2014 that have backdrop borders on some of them. That was before I knew how to use a paint program to resize the dimensions to get rid of the backdrop borders...
The first two pics in this revision of "Cub in the Tub" still have the hand written text I use to use back then. There is a series of pics I made in February of 2013 that have typed text, but that was done by pasting with paper, glue and scissors from a blank photo file text typed on a Wal-Mart photo kiosk, then copied on paper at Office Depot so the text can be used in a composite to make a final copy from...Very long and drawn out process...The BB tag below is a pic with that method of text...It also shows those backdrop borders;

The process being drawn out with so many steps was not the only reason I went to hand written text back in 2013.
The posting "Circumcision Attempt" (originally posted in July of 2013, but was messed up by McDonald's wi-fi and was re-posted in January 2014) was originally meant to have typed text using that method...As you can see, the text is hand written;

The most prominent reason I went to hand written text in July 2013 was because of the time when I did the text for "Circumcision Attempt" from blank, white, SD card, photo files at the Wal-Mart photo department in Clinton, Arkansas, near where I live. It was the typed text meant for those drawings, and the lady behind the counter had a policy of inspecting every photo before she would allow it to leave the store.
She saw text on the hard copy photos that mentioned, "circumcision", and "Get away from my son or I'll kill you, you creep", and "AHHHH, Security! I've been threatened!", and "Why don't you just go to Hell?"
She told me, "I'm sorry, but I can't let this leave here. This kind of stuff is not family oriented".
I then stopped by at the library, hoping to use their Wordpad program to type it, but their computers were down (My first laptop back then didn't have Wordpad or Paint).
I then went to the next county, going toward Conway, to use the Wordpad at their library...It was halfway working, but it would chop up the text real weird.
The librarian there told me, "Our word program just does that. We have no control over it".
That's when I said, "The Hell with it. I'll hand write the text".
After I got a different laptop in the summer of 2014, and got familiar with using Paint, and got a drawing tablet, and found out how to use the text on Paint, I was able to do typed text without all that hassle.
This drawing I posted in August of 2014 is the first one using the text feature directly from the Paint program...It is also the last drawing I created by cutting, whiting out and gluing Xerox copies to make a final copy from...That was when I got away from always using hand written text all the time;

This March 2013 posting (a clip art sketch of mine from 1995, coloured in 2013) is an excellent example of my early days of posting artwork. Notice the text was done on a typewriter, and a towel was used as a backdrop because of the drawing being taller than it is wide...The normal orientation of cameras I was always familiar with is a wide horizontal image;

With a drawing tablet and a simple Paint program, those discrepancies are easy to fix...And original drawings are also easier to generate.
Until the end of 2007, I was completely computer illiterate. I've come a long way since then.
This drawing I made in 1973 (the year I turned 19), and posted 40 years later in March 2013, is the oldest of my art work still in existence today.
For 40 years, only a few of my immediate family members, beside myself, knew this drawing had ever existed;

There were lots of drawings I did in art class in middle school from the late 1960s to 1970 that the other students were impressed with. I wish I still had those to photograph and post here, but over the 46 + years those drawings didn't stand the test of time.
