In real life In-ka and Jasmin had propped up Kate and Michele’s unconscious bodies and Jasmin was currently holding a bridge open between the three girl’s minds.\n\n“I’m not sure, dear.” Jasmin said, “I’m not seeing what you are, but don’t forget though that anything in there is a projection. Its likely to be full of metaphor and emotional meaning.”\n\n“Kate turned herself into a mech and is shooting a scaley blade monster.”\n\n“…oooook…. Well I suppose we can assume you’ve found your target.”\n\nKate was indeed having a throw down with Vesta. In another place or time playing ‘armored core’ as one of the mechs would have been awesome, were she not fighting for her life inside her own straining mind. She was pretty sure she was stronger than Vesta was at present, but that didn’t mean that the demon was going down easy. It had managed to do some serious damage to her newly armored mental form. Sheets of plate were torn off and scattered about the room, but at the same time the demon had more than a few holes blasted through it and Kate was beating the thing in the face with a 2 ton slab of steel that was serving as a riot shield at present. Baring Vesta pulling some serious new trick out her ass this was going decently well.\n\nBut she still didn’t really have an end game. Knocking Vesta down wouldn’t be forever, and Michelle still wasn’t moving. Kate felt a pang of guild looking over at the limp girl. Sure a decent part of this was a bit her fault, or a lot her fault, but she had fought pretty hard to help put it right, and did just withstand being almost literally torn limp from limb and violated by that monster all to buy Kate time to get ready. The damage she suffered may not have been physical in the normal sense, but if this place was a mental projection, than what happened to her might be seen as direct damage to her mind. Would that recover like a physical wound?\n\nKate’s focus had to return to vesta as the pair grappled. Civappu, or ‘red’ as we’ve been calling her. You did everything to her didn’t you? Tried your best to turn her into a mad monster like you.”\n“She is just like me, already tried to dominate you and your mate here once. Didn’t she?”\n\n“True, but that’s after 18 years with you.” In-ka shrugged continuing her approach, “After that she wasn’t the most coherent source, but I get the gist.”\n\nVesta started trying to get up, prompting Kate to slam an armed leg down on one of her other limbs, “In-ka… I don’t know what the plan is, but if you know a way to kill this bitch….”\n\n“There’s no killing her, even all of us at full power, that’s not possible. But she does have a kennel, all picked out to house the mad dog.” In-ka smiled up at Kate, “I’ll bind her inside myself.”\n\n“What!?” Kate asked.\n\n“Bah!” Vesta spat, “Your cunt is occupied already I think.”\n\n“I was” In-ka said ignoring the jab, “So I had to take a leap of faith, and found someone else willing to take that leap with me.”\n\n“You… no..” Vesta started to struggle more, her bleeding body weakening but still thrashing viciously under Kate’s armed form, “I’ll burn you from the inside! Chapter 36: Put Down

“What am I looking at?” In-ka asked, partially shocked by what she was seeing, and partially that she was ‘seeing’ it at all.  In real life In-ka and Jasmin had propped up Kate and Michele’s unconscious bodies and Jasmin was currently holding a bridge open between the three girl’s minds.

“I’m not sure, dear.” Jasmin said,  “I’m not seeing what you are, but don’t forget though that anything in there is a projection.  Its likely to be full of metaphor and emotional meaning.”

“…oooook….  Well I suppose we can assume you’ve found your target.”

Kate’s focus had to return to vesta as the pair grappled.  Vesta tearing at Kate’s chest plate, ripping it away as Kate drove a long arm blade into Vesta’s gut and put a view more shells into her legs.  Finish this first, Michelle later… Though was Michelle moving?  Was that?

“In-ka?” She asked astonished.
