She’d been running around like a puppy with the zoomies for hours now in fact. For awhile Kate and Atasi had run around with her, it was good exercise after all. After awhile however, first Atasi, and then Kate had just gotten tired.\n\nThe fully mechatronic body of the newly resurrected Victoria however didn’t really do ‘tired’, at least not in the normal way. Couple that with the over two years she had spent with no body at all, she seemed very intent on running about, waving her hands around, jumping up and down, and climbing trees. I guess we just let her run around for now.”\n\n“Eventually she’ll move on from the physical exertion part and start to focus more on the touch starvation part, as well as… Other … activities.”\n\nAtasi blinked, then blushed, “Oh.. right. I had forgotten about that. I … I suppose we should set some ground rules about … bringing random guys or girls home… as long as she keeps living here.”\n\n“Unless you wanted to help her out ourselves?”\n\nAtasi sputtered, then coughed. Kate’s ‘sword’ had helped though. The almost living liquid gold that wrapped itself around Kate’s body in the form of jewelry when not in use as a weapon or a tool, had been extended to Atasi. Golden cuffs wrapped around her wrists and arms, and around her blue bra and panties as well. Kate had constant control of it, and with an errant thought it could spring out into a chain quickly connected the pair should they somehow become separated. Contours of the mountains in the distance glinted with the afternoon sun, colors playing off their surfaces as they faded into the light mist of the air with distance. There was a subtle interplay of colors off the snow. The sunlight splitting in to reds and blues around the peaks, almost like a natural prism of light.\n\nAtasi stared for a long moment, but given how much less of a vice her grip was, Kate took it as a sign that she was calming down. Bit by bit, “it … is pretty.”\n\n“I’m glad I finally got you up here. I’ve wanted to share this with you for awhile.”\n\nAtasi looked down at her wife, then whimpered as she saw only the city below them. Focusing her eyes back forward she took a slowly calming breath, “This… I can see how this is... nice. When it’s not totally terrifying.” Atasi took another breath, “Are you sure it’s safe? These things on my arms and around my waist can really catch me?”\n\n“I’m positive, just let me demonstrate” Suddenly the golden sword components came to life. They had been solid on Atasi’s body yet invisible to her eyes, and now they had liquified. In a fraction of a second Atasi felt herself slammed forward. The cuffs on her arms binding her down. Coils around her chest attaching her firmly to Kate’s back, and a hard constriction around her waist pressing her hips forward tightly against Kate’s backside. “I have you, my love.”\n\nAtasi smiled at the reassurance, as the binding released itself. Letting her move again. She really was starting to calm down a bit and slowly, bit by bit, started to lift herself up, she pressed her hands down against the soft fuzzy air below her as she shifted upwards into more of a sitting position, Legs holding tight around Kate’s waist to hold herself in place as she slowly swayed with the beating of Kate’s wings. Chapter 10: Exuberance

“She still at it?” Atasi asked from her place on the couch, sipping some iced tea to cool off.  Atasi looks a bit disheveled and sweaty.  Understandable given the physical exertion she had been doing in the last couple hours
