Fleuries are flying humanoids that live and work like Bees. They’re known for their tails that suck up sweet jelly from bowl-like flowers (Looking much like a “Rafflesia Arnoldii”), but actually smells sweet and produces sweet jelly. The tip of their tail tongues smells these plants from yards away. Though they have their daily chores, like a normal bee would, they have their own personalities, and able to commute to each other with Telepathy and their own voiced language. For breeding they would usually depend on their “Queen” to reproduce. The Queen is usually three times larger than the others, and can self impregnate and lay eggs. When a hive loses their Queen, they usually have the strongest to consume the Royal Jelly and become the new Queen… Or if one just simply decides to make their own hive, they steal Royal Jelly and run off. There’s a King, though he’s only main usage is for assisting the Queen in stimulation and egg handling.
An average lifespan of Fleuries is of 50 years in captivity; in the wild predators or natural disasters would obviously cause the Queen the need to repopulate constantly.
