Toddler age, two, maybe three. She's wearing a backpack, a cutesy pink bag with some girly design.\n\nThey weren't dressed that nicely. Not quite \"beggar\", but certainly \"poor\", and even borderline [i]\"oh crap, this person is gonna give me a sad story and ask for change\"[/i].\n\nPoni saw the pair as Poni came into the store, but Poni is not here for social commentary, but for a soda. So, Poni grabs one.\n\nAs Poni makes his way to the register, he runs into the pair again. The girl was in her dad's? arms, and she was happily enjoying some candy. Again, Poni worried that they were gonna ask for change, and was relieved when they passed by, and so Poni went on his merry way.\n\nPoni wants a grape lollipop as well, but those are kept by the register, so Poni will ask for it when it's his turn to pay. So, Poni gets in line, there's 3 people ahead of Poni.\n\nJust as it's Poni's turn to pay, commotion.
