Chibiusa's mouth hung agape with only a sliver of air exhaled as she felt the noose tighten around her neck. Her pupils shrunk while rolling up towards her knitted eyebrows. Only the feebliest of hacks and wheezes that only she could hear clearly were what constituted as \"breathing\" as a blue-violent hue appeared under her eyes.\n\nThe snake slithered more of his body down to preside over his prey. Chibiusa's legs weren't kicking as hard now but a streak of dwindling desperation kept them going... for now. It was mostly concerned about getting a good meal but it also felt pity for the human. So small, so delicate. Yet it decided to venture into the jungle alone. It hissed in what one could swear was haughty. No prey could've told but he was actually being delicate himself with the coils, drawing out Chibiusa's choke for as long as possible. It felt like her head would pop right off. If she could be so lucky. She desperately pleaded for fate to show mercy. Not like this.
