G: Gummigoo, Max, and Chad heard of a rumor of syrup hidden in the lime soda spring in a cave, they were hesitant at first, but after falling to steal the syrup from the candy kingdom, they had no choice but to follow the rumor, so with their vehicle, they head out to the lime soda spring

L: Gummigoo sits next to Chad while they drive, reading a map, with Max relaxing just behind them.

Chad: "Shouldn't be much farther, right?"

Gummigoo: "We're on the right track, maybe a few more minutes."

Max: "Hope that rumor turns out to be true, this is WAY out of the way..."

G: Few minutes later in the distance looks to be sparkling lime soda, it looks like the destination

L: Gummigoo: "Ah, that's the place, up ahead."

Chad: "Okay, good, we didn't get lost. Was a little worried."

Max moves up some to look at the soda spring. "Finally! Looks like a pretty good place to relax for a while, too!"

G: They stop the vehicle near the relaxing looking clear lime soda spring

L: Everyone exits the vehicle and walks to the spring.

Chad: "It's been a while since we had a drink from one of these!" He scoops some of the soda into his hand and drinks it.

Gummigoo: "Think we should focus on getting the syrup for now. Once we're done, we can definitely take some time to relax here."

Max: "Fair enough, boss. Hope we don't have to do TOO much swimming..."

G: According to the rumor, a cave is at the bottom of the spring, which might have the syrup in, no one has ever dared to dive in the cave

L: Gummigoo recounts that to the others. "But hey, I'm sure we can handle it. If no one's tried, how can we know it's dangerous?"

Chad looks into the spring. "Looks like a long way down, though..."

Max: "...I think Boss is right, we'll be fine."

G: With confidence, they feel ready to dive into the spring

L: After some deep breathing for a while to get ready, all 3 dive into the spring and begin swimming down into its depths.

G: Gummigoo’s cheeks were a bit puffy, Chad’s was slightly bigger, Max’s has big puffy cheeks compared to the others due to his size

L: Max has a little difficulty swimming due to his shorter limbs, but the others slow down just a little so he can keep up. They all keep good holds of their breath as they descend.

G: As they descend deeper, the soda feels more relaxing and fuzzy, the tiny bubbles floating towards them feel extremely tingly

L: Each of the gators smiles a little at the feeling, and Chad cheekily opens his mouth just a little to drink a bit more of the soda while he swims.

G: They start to see the button with the entrance of the cave

L: Gummigoo points at it to make sure the others see it, and they nod. Everyone begins swimming toward the cave, with Chad closing his mouth again.

G: They make it to the button with the cave, the grand seems to be pumping out the tiny bubbles

L: While they're starting to feel an urge to breathe now, none of the gators wants to give up, and they all swim into the cave.

G: The cave seems to be where the tiny bubbles and flavor comes from

L: Gummigoo wonders if the little bubbles might be breathable if they pool up enough, but doesn't plan on sticking around long enough to find out. He motions for the group to continue deeper in.

G: Its a mechanical tunnel with pipes of bubbles flowing through

L: Everyone looks around, a little confused at finding something like this deep in a natural spring... But, they press on regardless, even as Chad and Max are starting to grunt a little from their need to breathe. Gummigoo is still fine, but he's not far off from that point.

G: They see a room where it looks to be pipes sucking something from the ground

L: Even as the group starts to consider turning back, they stop to inspect the ground, hoping they may have found the syrup.

G: It seems to pumping Lime, but not syrup

L: While Chad and Max want to go back and breathe now, Gummigoo gestures that he still wants to keep going. Despite the group gradually getting lower on breath, and starting to blush from strain, they keep going deeper.

G: They see a broken wall at the end of the lab that leads to what looks like a rocky cave

L: Thinking this has to be the way to the syrup, the group swims in. Everyone has their chests heaving now, and while Gummigoo is still doing the best of the three, it's not by much.

G: Its a rock candy cave, and it looks to go deeper

L: Chad is the first to let out a proper whine at this point, worrying about potentially passing the point of no return, but he continues swimming with the others.

G: There at a point of no return, the cave was a tunnel

L: None of them are yet aware they're now doomed to drown if they don't find air, but they keep swimming on, hoping they'll get a chance to breathe soon.

G: One of them looks up to see what looks like a air pocket

L: Max: "Mmm!" He points up at the possible air pocket and starts swimming toward it, with the others quickly following.

G: They all made it to the air pocket

L: Everyone catches their breath in the air pocket.

Gummigoo: "You two okay? This is a longer trip than I thought..."

Chad: "I'm fine, but... I really don't like this place..."

Max: "I really hope we find the syrup soon, I don't want to stick around in here."

G: The rock candy looks beautiful, but looks aren’t everything, the syrup might be deeper into the cave leading to the center of the world, where the syrup might be

The others seem like they want to give up, but Gummigoo is determined to find the syrup even if it pushes his limits

L: Gummigoo: "I'm not a fan of this either, but I'm not leaving without the syrup, or knowing for sure it's not here. If you guys want to head back now, I wouldn't blame you."

Max: "...I'm gonna stick with you, Boss. We've already come this far."

Chad: "Honestly, think I would've given up already if you weren't here."

G: The team decided to stick together and continue their perilous underwater journey

L: Gummigoo: "Alright, deep breaths, like earlier." After they've all done some deep breathing for a while to get ready, they dive back down and resume searching for the syrup.

G: The cave was filled with spiky glowing rock candy all around, it brightened up the cave

L: Everyone happily looks around, glad to have something lighting up the path as they swim.

G: They soon entered a huge cave area with lots of crystal sparky rock candy that looks extremely stunning to look at

L: Gummigoo, trying not to get too distracted by all that, motions for the group to split up and search, which they do.

G: Chad heads to where it looks to what looks to be the darkest area, he brings a glowing rock candy to guide his way

L: Chad swims into the dark section while holding his light source ahead of him, and while it's still a little hard to see in there, it's not to the point it's an issue.

G: He looks down and sees what looks like to be a mine trail

L: "This looks promising...", Chad thinks to himself as he heads down that way.

G: As he heads further, more old wood is visible, this most be a very old mine shaft

L: While he's starting to wonder if he should go back and show this to the others, Chad keeps going for now, starting to feel an urge to breathe.

G: During the split up
Max headed to where it was the most colorful and vibrant

L: Despite the situation, Max decides to slow down a little to look at the environment, smiling at how pretty it all looks.

G: The glow and colors of the rock candy looks beautiful and delicious, the texture looks very rich and flavorful, it looks very tasty

L: Max breaks off some of the rock candy to take with him, planning on treating himself to it once this dive is done.

G: This section seems to be a abandoned dig site, with carts, but with the rock candy’s everywhere, it seems this area has never been dug before

L: It's starting to look to Max that the syrup probably won't be here, but he continues his search here just to be sure.

G: Theres what looks like a mine track leading into a tunnel, it might lead somewhere

L: Glad he'd decided to look around after all, Max swims into the tunnel to see what's in it, even though he's feeling a need for air.

G: During the split up
Gummigoo heads to what might be the most dangerous path, it looked to be tight and risky

L: Confident he can handle it, Gummigoo starts working on making his way through, though he's still a little nervous about it.

G: Its a bit cramped, and the hardness of the rock doesn’t help make things easier

L: Gummigoo squeezes through as best as he can, knowing there's a chance the syrup is on the other side of this passage.

G: It gets tougher to squeeze through as he crawls through

L: He does his best to keep going, but he plans on going back out if it's starting to seem like he's about to get stuck.

G: He starts to see the room through a gap

L: Relieved that he's going to get out of the tight space, Gummigoo starts pushing himself the rest of the way through.

G: He slowly gets out of the gab, it was unbelievably tight

L: With one last bit of effort, Gummigoo gets out of the tight section. All that work had used a fair bit of his oxygen, and he hopes it'll have been worth it.

G: Meanwhile with Chad
The track lead to a pile of broken of dead rock candy, and some carts

L: He's under a little bit of strain now, but he's certain he can still return to the air pocket in time. Chad keeps swimming along, still feeling like there's a good chance he'll find the syrup around here.

G: There a board at the end of the track with a cart in it

L: Chad takes a quick look in the cart as he passes by, figuring he may as well check what's in it.

G: In it looked to be dead rocks, and empty bottles of syrup

L: "Mm!" Chad grins at the sight of the bottles, and as he's now nearly certain this is the right way, he keeps swimming ahead, eager to finally find the syrup.

G: He sees a room called supplies, that’s where the syrup might be

L: Paying no mind to his need to breathe, Chad swims for the supply room to search inside.

G: The supplies where mostly damaged, but there where bottles of broken glass of syrup, but two of them seem to be in tacked, and almost full

L: Even just finding those two bottles makes Chad pretty happy, and he takes them and starts to head back, knowing he probably shouldn't push himself.

G: Earlier
Gummigoo makes it to a room which looks like, a bar?

L: While he's confused at finding something like this here, Gummigoo doesn't really have a whole lot of time to figure out why it's here, so he just searches it for syrup instead.

G: The bar looked in tack, like it was never affected by the flood, nothing looked like it was floating

L: Gummigoo can only really confirm from all this that this strange bar was MEANT to be flooded. Whether that was actually true, he didn't know, but it was the only explanation he could think of.

G: Behind the bar looked to be a cabin, cabins are usually where syrup is kept

L: With a smile, Gummigoo swims to the cabin, hoping he might find air as well since his chest is heaving some by now.

G: When he opened the cabin, there was a air pocket inside

L: Gummigoo quickly swims into it to catch his breath. "This is so weird... Who built this bar...?"

G: The cabin had some supplies for the bar, and some condiments, one of them was a bottle of syrup

L: "Just one? Well, certainly better than nothing." After some deep breathing once again, Gummigoo dives back down and takes the syrup bottle.

G: When he looks to see the gap
It was gone

L: Now even more confused, and getting worried, Gummigoo feels around where the gap he'd entered through was, but it really is gone...

G: Earlier
Max follows the tracks in the rock tunnel

L: Making sure to stay with the tracks so he won't get lost, Max looks around the tunnel, hoping for at least something interesting.

G: There were pix axes on the rock candy, straight ahead looked to be another area

L: Not really seeing any reason to stick around in the tunnel, he swims ahead to the new area, wondering if it'll have syrup.

G: The area was huge, the track lead down like a roller coaster

L: Finding himself lamenting that he'll probably never get to ride that track, Max swims around the area to search it, though he's a bit low on breath by now.

G: on the top, there were some pockets

L: Max swims up to one of the air pockets to refresh himself. "This place is starting to grow on me... Maybe we ought to come back with breathing gear sometime."

G: There where some delicious looking rock candy in the pocket

L: "Oh, nice! Think I can take a break in here for a while, help myself to some of that..." Max starts sucking on the rock candy.

G: The candy tastes like something he never tasted before, it was very sweet and delicious, like no other candy

L: "Man, this is SO good! Gotta tell the others once we meet up in another air pocket!"

G: he eats it

L: Max continues enjoying the rock candy, not really paying attention to how long he's taking.

G: Earlier
Chad is struggling trying to hold both the bottles and the rock candy light

L: As tough as it is, Chad doesn't want to take multiple trips. He decides to just hold the candy light in his mouth, obviously keeping it partway out so it won't block the light, and then hold a bottle in each hand.

G: It was hard to see from far with the rock being in his mouth

L: Even though he's in need of some air, Chad takes things a bit slow to make sure he doesn't hit anything, following along the track.

G: There were some things on the ground he doesn’t notice

L: Chad pauses for a moment to see what it is that's on the ground.

G: It was some skulls

L: "MMM!" Chad almost yelps out some air and nearly drops the syrup bottles, and quickly resumes swimming to the entrance as his heart pounds and his lungs begin to strain.

G: He makes it to the room where they split up, but no sign of them

L: Chad realizes now, the group hadn't planned a meet up point. He decides to just head for the air pocket just before this section and wait there, putting down his glowing candy at the entrance so the others will know he's back.

G: The gab leading back to the cave, where the others are, was gone

Gummigoo seemed to be trapped in this flooded bar

L: He thinks to himself, "At least there's that air pocket... But I'm not keen on starving in here." He searches the bar for some other way to get out.

G: There was the bathroom door, and the door entrance of the bar

L: Getting the feeling that whatever's in the bathroom probably won't help, Gummigoo tries the entrance door.

G: When he opens, it looks like...the ocean?

L: "Mm!?" Gummigoo looks around in the most confusion yet, knowing that the ocean shouldn't be anywhere near the spring he'd dove into.

G: There was no surface or button, it seemed to be a endless ocean

L: "...Maybe I should check that bathroom after all.", Gummigoo thinks, and goes to head back into the bar.

G: When he opened the bathroom door, it was the endless ocean, but this time, there were floating doors everywhere

L: Gummigoo looks around at all the doors... "...Oh, I must have dozed off in the truck, and this is just a weird dream." He swims to one of the floating doors and opens it.

G: inside the room, where different models of trucks

L: Not seeing anything better to do, Gummigoo swims into that room to look around.

G: The room had, different colors/models for his truck, some of them looked like it driven, but only in place

L: "Some of these look pretty good... Have to remember them for when I wake up." He heads out to try another door, feeling a need to breathe but ignoring it for now.

G: The next room he does to was.....the people of the candy kingdom...

L: "Huh... Guess it makes sense that people I know of would be in this." Gummigoo swims in to get a better look.

G: They didn’t react, there ether standing there, doing repetitive motion.....or t posing

L: "Now THIS is a weird dream... Maybe I'm sick with something..." He remembers he's still holding the syrup bottle, and just drops it, assuming this isn't happening.

G: The bottle despawns as it went deeper, there were clones of the princess, one was standing, the other did a wave motion, the other t posed

L: "Okay, this room's starting to creep me out a little... Need air, too." Gummigoo goes to leave and head back to the air pocket at the bar.

G: He heads to the bar and goes to the cabin creeped out a bit

L: Gummigoo catches his breath in the air pocket again. "Wonder what other sort of weird stuff is around here... Hopefully nothing more like that room with all those people."

G: He’s both scared and curious on what this place could be

L: "Kind of wish I'd just wake up, though..." He gasps one breath, not bothering to fully prepare, and heads back out to see what's past a different door.

G: Max finished eating the delicious rock candy

L: "Alright, it's about time I got going, don't want to worry the others." After some preparation, Max dives underwater again to explore more of the large chamber.

G: The chamber looked huge, the trails looked to lead deeper

L: Max starts swimming down along them, still looking for any sign of syrup.

G: While swimming down the tracks, there was light looking rock candy, kinda looks like a angel light

L: Getting distracted from the tracks, Max decides to go check out the glowing rock candy.

G: He looked closer and he sees he’s reflecting, it makes him look glowy

L: Max smiles at his reflection, doing a couple poses. "Who would've thought rock candy could be like a mirror?"

G: He loves seeing the sight of himself in the beautiful shiny reflection

L: Knowing the air pocket is nearby, he decides to hang out at the mirror for a while, blowing bubbles and watching his reflection do the same.

G: He loves looking at himself blowing bubbles underwater, it makes him blush

L: "Never knew how good I look underwater...~" He swims closer to the mirror, almost touching it.

G: He loved the way he floats underwater, and he loved the way his puffy cheeks are, and he loved looking at his big belly~~

L: Trying to puff his cheeks even bigger, Max squeezes them with his hands, and while it makes him spurt out some bubbles, he doesn't mind.

G: It looked very cute in the mirror, it made him blush more, he might be falling in love with himself

L: "Glad I'm alone, no WAY I'm letting the others find out how much I enjoy this!" He reaches down to jiggle his belly around.

G: He felt really good seeing himself jiggle his belly

L: Max giggles out some bubbles, still not caring about air despite feeling a need to breathe.

G: He notices he’s cute bubbly voice

L: Hearing that, he decides to try out talking even while submerged. "Ibl evblen SOBLUND goblod doblwn hblere!"

G: He blushed hearing himself underwater, he loved it

L: "Ibl thblink thble otblherbls cabln wablit abl whblile loblngeblr...~" While Max is getting a bit low on breath from all the air he's letting out, he still wants to stay.

G: Chad swims up to air pocket

L: He gasps once he finally surfaces, and looks at the bottles of syrup he got. "Hope the others are having more luck."

G: Gummigoo swims out of the cabin

L: Before he goes back to the weird door ocean, he checks once more to see whether the gap he'd come here through might've come back.

G: The gap is still gone

L: Without really having anything better to do, Gummigoo swims back to the collection of doors to try out a new one.

G: He opens the door, and inside........was his home

L: Seeing his home in this "dream" gives him pause for a moment... But, like with the other weird rooms beyond the weird doors, Gummigoo swims inside, a bit slower this time.

G: It doesn’t seem flooded, but to Gummigoo, he still feels like he’s underwater. It was his room from his childhood, he felt that since of childhood nostalgia and home

L: He smiles, happy to see this room again after so long. He slowly swims around in it, pretty much everything being how he remembers it.

G: He then hears a familiar voice coming from the kitchen
“Gummigoo dinners almost ready!”

L: His eyes go wide at that voice. "Mom? ...How much is this dream gonna have?" Gummigoo tries opening his room's door.

G: The door went to the kitchen, and it was indeed his mom, she was finishing up dinner in the kitchen

L: Gummigoo smiles at the sight of her, but doesn't say anything, knowing he's somehow still underwater even though nothing else is.

G: Mom: Did you have a good day at school? I heard the girls there are all over you, I know you have to guy friends, but you should have a friend that’s a girl, and who knows, you might get married hehe

L: "I think I even remember this day..." Deciding he's going to stay for as long as his lungs will let him, he swims to the dinner table and sits on one of the chairs.

G: His mother brings the dinner and sits next to him
Mom: I heard there’s gonna be a fall festival soon, this might be a perfect chance to find someone special ^^

L: Gummigoo nods with a smile, and while he's a little hesitant about eating underwater, he gives it a shot, carefully trying to eat the food he'd been given.

G: Mom: it’s rotisserie chicken, your favorite

L: "Sublre ibls!" He blushes some at having spoken underwater without thinking, but he figures he can spare at least a few words, even as he feels the need to breathe.

G: Mom: you seem happy son~ what happened at school to make you this happy?~

L: "Itbl's, ublm... Hblard tblo exblplablin." Gummigoo doesn't want to make this encounter weirder than it already is, so he doesn't tell her that he missed seeing her.

G: The mother smiles at him
Mom: all I know is that I love you, and I’m so proud of the man you’ll soon become*

L: Gummigoo leans over to hug her. "Loblve yoblu toblo, moblm..." He's blushing some from his need for air, and he's trying to think of an excuse to go back to his room for a little while.

G: Mom: awww, heh *she hugs back*

L: He thinks to himself "Wasn't sure about this dream at first, but... This is great." After the hug, he goes back to eating his dinner, starting to get the hang of eating underwater.

G: Mom: So, I was thinking of having a trip to the lake when school is out, so it’ll be a reward for getting through school

L: "Mmhm!" Gummigoo nods, trying to conserve his air now and pretending he's got his mouth full.

G: Mom: oh the post should have arrived, I’ll be right back *she walks off to the front door*

L: "Oh, perfect!", he thinks, and darts off to his room, aiming to catch his breath back in the bar's cabin and then return.

G: He swims quickly to the cabin in the bar

L: Gummigoo doesn't stay long, panting heavily for about 10 seconds before diving down again, heading back for the kitchen in his home.

G: Mom: how’s the chicken son?

L: "Grbleat, abls alblwaybls!" He's relieved she didn't notice he'd left for a little while.

G: Mom: I hope your father's okay out there, he’s been fighting this war for ages

L: "Ibl hblope sblo toblo..." It occurred to Gummigoo that, for whatever reason, he couldn't remember what happened to his father... But, he chalked it up to it just being more dream weirdness.

G: *She looks outside*
Mom: it’s getting late sun, get ready for bed, I’ll tuck you in a bit
*She walks to the kitchen cleaning up*

L: "Alblrigblht..." Gummigoo swims up to his room again, and tries his best to relax and conserve his breath, waiting for his mom to arrive.

G: *She walks in his room*
Mom: Good gummi, you’re ready for bed.

L: Gummigoo smiles at hearing the nickname his mom always used for him. "Yeblah, Ibl'm prblettbly tiblred..."

G: She covers him up, and pats his head softly
Mom: you’re a wonderful gift Gummi, no matter where, or what happens to you, you’ll always have a special place in my heart~ even when I’m not here, I’ll always be with you~ ^^

L: Gummigoo would be happily crying at that a little if he weren't underwater. "Ybl-yoblu toblo, moblm!"

G: She hums a familiar lullaby to him while still rubbing his head

L: He pretends to be slowly falling asleep, knowing he won't be able to sleep underwater even if he tries. Plus, he still believes he's already asleep.

G: *Kisses his forehead*
Mom: goodnight gummi
*she walks out and closes the door*

L: Once Gummigoo is certain she isn't going to come back, he quietly climbs out of bed and swims out the door leading toward the bar.

G: He gets in the cabin, and feels this sadness

L: "I really need to visit her for real again sometime, it's been too long..."

G: He felt like crying thinking about the times with her before her illness

L: Gummigoo does indeed shed a few tears. "Just a few more good hauls, mom... You're gonna be okay..."

G: Max heads to the air pocket for some air

L: He heavily gasps when he gets there, having pushed himself some down at the mirror. "M-maybe I ought to... G-get back to work..."

G: He secretly wanted to more, he now loved looking at himself underwater and jiggling his belly

L: Max chuckles some. "Maybe a while more. Better start thinking of a way to explain what took me so long..." After some deep breathing, he starts swimming back down to the mirror.

G: For some reason, the mirror looked more clean and sharp, like it was waiting for him

L: "Iblt lobloks diblffeblrenblt... Webll, thblat meblans abl bebltteblr viblew!" Like before, he starts happily jiggling his belly around and blowing bubbles.

G: The bubbles in the mirror looked a lot more sparkly, and the sounds are more clear now too

L: "Wablit, ibls iblt...?" Max reaches forward to touch the mirror.

G: The mirror looked like it was shaking

L: "Weblird..." He moves back a bit and watches, wondering if something is about to happen.

G: The mirror looked more glittery, like it was enjoying his presence

L: Max smiles at it. "Yoblu're hblaviblng fubln toblo, hbluh?" He swims closer again and squeezes his cheeks some.

G: The mirror looked like it was blushing

L: Caught up in how much of a good time he's having, Max doesn't realize how strange that is, just blowing bubbles and pressing his belly on the mirror.

G: “It’s been forever since I’ve seen someone”
a female voice comes out of the mirror

L: This finally stops him, and he looks at the mirror in confusion. "Whbl... Ybl-yoblu cabln..." He moves back again to get a better look at it.

G: Mirror: o-oh, d-did I scare you?

L: "Kiblnd oblf!" Max has let out quite a bit of air at this point, but suddenly being able to talk to the mirror has entirely distracted him from that.

G: Mirror: oh, s~sorry, I~I was just very found of you~

L: "...Ibl liblke yoblu toblo! Yoblu hblelpbled mble fiblnd oublt hblow goblod Ibl loblok unblderblwatbler!" Now he realizes his lungs are mostly empty. "Hbl-hblang obln..." He quickly swims back up to the air pocket.

G: The mirror waited patiently

L: Max returns before too long. "Soblrry, cabln't brbleatblhe unblderblwatbler."

G: Mirror: So, what kind of creature are you? And why can’t you breathe underwater?

L: "Ibl'm abl gublmmy alblligblatoblr, anbld Ibl dobln't hblave giblls. Kiblnda wiblsh Ibl dibld noblw!"

G: Mirror: I don’t think you need gills, you look cute with your puffy cheeks and bubbly muffle voice~ *The mirror moves close to him*

L: "Glblad yoblu feblel thble sablme! Ibl gubless iblf Ibl hblad giblls, Ibl wobluldbln't ble able tblo dblo thblose, hbluh?"

G: M: you’d just be a fish just swimming by

L: "Dobles thblat hblappblen ofblten? Ibl hblavebln't seblen anblythbling alblive hblere bublt mble anbld mbly frblienblds."

G: M: willl, yes, the last time I saw an air, was the time this place was evacuated.

L: "Dblo yoblu reblmembler hblow iblt flbloodbled? I'vble beblen woblndeblrinblg ablout thblat."

G: M: oh....I flooded it..

L: Max pauses for a moment. "...Whblat? Whbly?"

G: M: ....They were doing severe damage to the planet, if they’d continued, the planet would die, I didn’t have a choice...

L: "...Okblay, thblat's abl goblod reblasobln. Ibl dobln't blblame yoblu foblr thblat."

G: M: But, you three look like you have good reasons to be here~

L: "Webl're loblokiblng foblr syblrup, appblareblntlbly thblere's abl loblt hblere. Hblave yoblu seblen anbly?"

G: M: hmmmm~~ i will tell you~~~ if~~~ you did what you were doing in front me earlier~~~ and promise to come back here to me~~ I kinda need company~

L: Letting himself sink, he sits down on the bottom, shivering and whining, slowly getting closer to his limit.

L: Max nods, and as his blush turns blue, it's clear he's nearly out of breath, the trickle of bubbles turning to a stream. He does everything he can to keep himself from swimming up, as much as his body wants him to.

G: M: Hmmm~~~

L: Before much longer, Max can't hold his breath any more. "MMPLABLABLBL!" A cloud of bubbles forms as he exhales, and water immediately rushes in to take its place in him. "HUU-GLRGL! GHK!" Max grabs his neck and starts frantically kicking about as he drowns.

G: The mirror just watches, she can’t help but love the gurgling sounds

L: Doing his best to get himself under control, Max looks at the mirror to see his desperate reflection, choking on water... And he smiles just a little at how he looks, watching himself repeatedly try to breathe.

G: M: hehehe~~ you like that?~~

L: Unable to talk, he nods, happily gurgling as water keeps being forced in and out of his struggling lungs. "HUU! GURGLK, HU-HIC!"

G: M: hmmmm~~~ you’re enjoying it?~~

L: Max nods a few more times as his struggles begin to slow, the increasing lack of oxygen weakening him over time.

G: M: you look like you’re relaxing~~

L: Most of his face is blue now, and he sinks back to the bottom while panting water. He gives the mirror a smile, watching himself slowly submit to the water.

G: M: You look very happy~~

L: With a nod, Max forces himself to move, getting up and doing an awkward, stumbling walk over to the mirror, leaning against it. He's having a little trouble staying awake, but he does his best to not pass out.

G: M: You ready to have your air back? Or  do you wanna keep drowning?~

L: Judging by his pleased, dopey expression, it's pretty clear he wants to drown for longer, even with his energy almost completely gone. Moving his head back a bit, he watches his reflection as he slowly, calmly keeps breathing.

G: The mirror blushes while he’s breathing in water

L: As Max's vision fades and his body shudders, even his dulled mind can tell his body's at its limit. He leans forward to give the mirror another kiss, then slumps against it, his strength entirely gone in his last few seconds of consciousness.

G: M: Hmmmm~~~

L: With a few more slow, weak breaths of water, Max's eyelids slide shut, finally passing out and content to leave himself at the mirror's mercy as the last few bubbles leave his flooded lungs.

G: The mirror used it’s physic power to remove water in his lungs and does cpr to his heart

L: Gradually, Max come back to awareness, losing quite a few bubbles before he covers his mouth, remembering where he is.

L: He sighs one more time. "This dream's taking an eternity... Guess I'll just keep looking through doors, see if there's anything else interesting..." After some deep breathing, he dives underwater once more, checking for the gap he'd come in through again before he'd swim to the door ocean.

L: "Guess I'll find somewhere else to check out for syrup." He swims away from that area.

G: There was a perfectly stable track with a cart on it

L: With a smile, Gummigoo gets into the cart and tries to get it moving, intending to ride it.

L: He gets himself as secure in the cart as possible, hoping he's not going to end up flying out.

G: The cart enters a room, and the tracks look like there going up like a roller coaster

L: "Definitely didn't expect the track to be like this... But, it's fine, this is a lot faster than swimming."

G: The cart went up the hill track

L: "Cool, didn't think it'd have enough momentum. Not usually one for roller coasters, but maybe just this once..."

G: The cart was at the top

L: "And, here we go..." Gummigoo holds on tightly.

L: He happily rides the cart down.

L: "Why would this have a loop...? Ah well, glad they made it so fun!"

G: It goes up another hill up this time faster

L: "Hope this gets done with soon, kind of need to breathe..."

G: When it went down, there was a broken track coming up

L: "Oh boy, is this a jump or is it just broken?" Gummigoo looks ahead to try to judge whether the cart might land on another section of track.

G: It looks like the cart might land on a pile of rock candy’s

L: "Yep, that's gonna be bad!" He pushes himself out of the cart, now just watching it go as he swims in place.

G: The cart crashes violently almost looking like it exploded

L: "...Well, ride's over. Fun while it lasted... Oh man, it's gonna be a long swim back..."

G: He sees some air pockets on top

L: "Okay, good, I should be fine." Gummigoo swims up to catch his breath.

G: He gasped when he made it to the pocket

L: "Bet the others didn't get to have fun like that! Even if there's no syrup in this section, it was probably worth the trip." Once he's ready again, Gummigoo dives back down to search.

G: There were some crystals at the bottom

L: He pauses to take a look at the crystals, smiling at how pretty they look.

G: He sees his reflection on one of the crystals

L: After a quick break to get air again, he starts swimming back to this area's entrance. "Pretty good amount of syrup in this thing, this is great!"
