L: Arceus sits alone in the Hall of Origin, rather bored. They switch between views of each legendary Pokemon as if they were TV channels, looking for something interesting. Latios, Lugia... Kyogre. Seeing them reminded Arceus about a question they'd had for Kyogre. Arceus stands up, and in a flash of light, teleports to them.

G: The Kyogre itself had some puffy, lightly red cheeks as he's been down for quite a while, pushing through the water with its large arms as it scans the ocean. As the flash appeared in front, though, they would stop and let out some bubbles from their blowhole. "Mm...?"

L: Arceus speaks perfectly clearly despite being underwater, and slowly kicks to stay in place. "Forgive my unannounced arrival, Kyogre..." They pause as they notice Kyogre's blush. "Are you alright?"

G: Kyogre would swim and stay afloat, nodding a bit. "Just... haven't taken a breath for a few days. Nothing new for me, honestly." They would say, keeping afloat as some bubbles continued leaking out.

L: "Ah, indeed, you've always enjoyed pushing yourself. It's something I've come here to ask about, actually. What is it about refraining from breathing, even with a dire need to do so, that you enjoy so much?"

G: "I-I always felt it kinda strange I need to come up for air... I used to surface for air every day after I wake up, but once I actually went quite deep and got stuck. As I squirmed and felt the need to breathe... I..." They start squirming a little as their lungs burned more. "...mm... I started feeling... strange desires..."

L: "Strange desires... Would you be willing to give me a demonstration? I can drain the oxygen from your body to speed it along, though of course not enough to harm you."

G: "I-I can sorta do that, myself... Maybe you can join me?" Their cheeks grow redder as their chest starts to heave a little. This didn't stop them from letting loose a little more air from their blowhole, letting the bubbles float away...

L: "I may as well. I'll give myself lungs with, maybe... 8 minutes of breath." Arceus puffs their cheeks as a pair of lungs forms in their chest, little bubbles leaving nostrils they didn't have before.

G: Kyogre smiles, letting out a few pained groans as their cheeks puff out a little more, only growing darker as time passed and the air in their enormous lungs grew stale.

L: Arceus idly swims in place, watching Kyogre struggle. Seeing him run lower and lower on breath, yet refusing to surface... Arceus blushes as they realize what the "desire" Kyogre mentioned was, as they feel it as well: Arousal.

G: Something Kyogre would soon feel, themself, trembling and moaning in some pleasure in between their breathless pained cries for help. They didn't want to surface, though. They wanted to stay deep down. Especially with a drowning partner.

L: Arceus drains some of their oxygen to catch up with Kyogre's breathless state, and immediately curls inward, whining as their blush quickly turns purple. They aren't used to enduring this state, and need to constantly remind themselves to stay where they are.

G: Kyogre helps with this, swimming over and holding Arceus down with their body, cheeks turning purple and his body shuddering with pleasure and desperation. they're willing to go all the way...

L: While they'd never before felt what it was like to drown, Arceus is willing to try it this time, convinced by Kyogre. Even as they shiver with their need for air and bubbles stream from their nostrils, they give a strained smile at their partner.

G: The Kyogre starts curling up. While it's hard to do so, they would manage to curl their flippers to cover their blowhole, moaning some more in pleasure.

L: Arceus' chest is constantly heaving now, their cheeks twitching a bit each time as their lips start to quiver. Shuddering and jolting, they approach their limit, loving every second.

G: Kyogre bubbles out in pleasure, soon taking in water through their blowhole and choking, coughing and gasping and struggling with Arceus next to them.

L: Arceus follows suit just a couple seconds later, a quick instinctual breath being followed by choking and thrashing, as they finally feel what a drowning air-breather goes through. Despite the pain, they make no attempt to go for the surface.

G: Kyogre, however, doesn't, and would sink to the bottom, letting out a few more pleasurable moans with each gasp of water through their blowhole. They know they'll be safe, anyway... Might as well abuse their immortality...

L: Their struggles slowing as the lack of oxygen weakens them, Arceus sinks down as well, landing next to Kyogre. Their face is blue at this point, and while their choking has stopped, they're still heavily breathing the water, letting out the occasional waterlogged groan.

G: Kyogre smiles weakly at Arceus, seeing that the enjoyed their first drowning experience, at least. Though it wasn't their own first time breathing water, and they can last a good deal while waterlogged... They pushed themself up to Arceus.

L: Arceus seems to hiccup a couple times, their lungs still rejecting the water. They smile at Kyogre with lidded eyes, the breaths of water slowing down to almost the speed of normal breathing as the very last bubbles leave their lungs.

G: Kyogre would slow his water-breathing blowhole down a bit, watching Arceus gulp down the last water their body could handle. "h-heh... e-enjoyed...?" Kyogre teased.

L: "...F-feels...G-great..." They weakly smile at Kyogre, seeming like they're still able to remain awake for some time. As weak and numb as their body has gone, Arceus reaches over to awkwardly pat Kyogre.

G: Kyogre smiles, soon falling asleep as he's pet by Arceus. "...glad so..."

L: Arceus blearily looks around for a little while more, their blurring and dimming vision making that somewhat difficult. Then, they shudder one last time, and allow their consciousness to fade, the two Pokemon laying drowned on the seabed together...

About a minute later, Arceus' face returns to its normal color, their immortality restoring their oxygen and quickly bringing them back to awareness. They stand up, puffing their cheeks and still holding their breath as they wait for Kyogre to awaken.

G: Kyogre would wake up, blowhole sealing and cheeks puffing a little as they started swimming, again. "Heh... Glad you could enjoy it with me~" They said, blushing.

L: "You're quite lucky, being able to enjoy that whenever you want. I often have things to do, I don't usually have time for... Self-indulgent things."

G: "Heh... Absolutely. And hey... Lugia does the same, too, on occasion. Honestly kinda jealous of Lugia's lesser breath time. They have more fun without the need to exhale air."

L: "...You know, I COULD shorten how long you can hold your breath, if you want. Do you have some amount of time in mind?"

G: "...Hm... Yeah, true. but sometimes I DO act as an oxygen tank for others... Maybe I could ask for you to shorten it to about an hour..."

L: "I can do that. Get ready, you're going to feel strange for a moment." Arceus' eyes light up, and Kyogre's lungs burn for just a moment before feeling normal again. "There. A single breath will now only sustain you for roughly an hour, depending on exertion."

G: Kyogre's cheeks expanded a little. "Thanks. I'll love this shorter breath time. I'm sure of it." They smile and start swimming a little bit, though slowly in case Arceus wants to follow.

L: Arceus follows them, having some difficulty as they hadn't done a lot of swimming in their existence. "You said before, that you act as an oxygen tank for others. Do you think you could do that for me? I think I'd enjoy relying on someone giving me air."

G: "I'd be happy to." Kyogre slows a bit to let Arceus keep up. "If you need it, swim up to my blowhole, and I'll exhale enough to help you."

L: "While I'm not currently in much need of air, I'd still like to try." Arceus swims above Kyogre, lightly tapping their blowhole a couple times.

G: "Here, then. Fill your lungs and try it out." They would open it for Arceus.

L: Arceus exhales to make room in their lungs, then presses their lips to Kyogre's blowhole to breathe, fully refilling before pulling back. "What a strange feeling, breathing directly from someone else's lungs... I believe I'll enjoy doing that."

G: "Take as much as you want. After all, the more air I give, the less I have... And the more I'll start begging for it~" Kyogre spoke, having such a kinky tone to his voice.

L: Bubbles trail from Arceus as they chuckle. "Think I'll start being a bit wasteful, then~" They lay down on Kyogre's back and continue to breathe from their blowhole, in through their mouth and out through their nostrils, venting breath after breath into the ocean.

G: The more air leaving Kyogre's lungs, the more their chest would visibly heave, and their cheeks would expand to show this, too. Soon, he starts moaning a little. "Mm... mmf..."

L: Arceus smiles upon hearing Kyogre's struggles, taking yet another breath to continue emptying out the air that Kyogre was starting to have quite the need for.

G: More heaves hit the Kyogre's chest, bubbles becomint smaller as their fins hold their chest, struggling quite a bit to keep what air they had left.

L: Having some difficulty drawing out more air, Arceus pauses to speak. "Come on now, open up... Or are you just going to let someone drown?~" Arceus starts putting more effort into pulling out Kyogre's air.

G: "mm... I-I..." Kyogre struggles opening it up, as their lungs are emptying. Their body is forcing them to stop giving air and keep it to sustain his own body, puffing cheeks turning purple.

L: "Then I'll just put some more effort into it~" The next time Arceus inhales from Kyogre, they do so with far more force, yanking the last of Kyogre's air from their lungs.

G: "Mmgh!!!" Kyogre struggles even more, flapping their fins and shaking their head with each heave of the chest. Cheeks puffed out more, too, holding the last breath that could help...

L: Arceus swims off Kyogre's back and goes in front of them, smiling as they go for some more teasing. "Seems I've depleted my living air tank... But you'll be fine with some soaked lungs, right?~"

G: The Kyogre would give in and take some water, struggling and gurgling while flapping their fins. they couldn't respond, struggling even more.

L: "That's it, deep breaths...~" Arceus pets the side of Kyogre's face, blushing as they watch him drown and hear his gurgling chokes.

G: they moan more, panting more water and gurgling some more, smiling cutely at Arceus, again.

L: "Mmh, you look great trying to breathe water... Ever tried holding some in for a little while? Might not be easy, but I bet you'd like it~"

G: "Mmgh... G-Gonna... try, now..." They smile and close their blowhole, holding their breath again. Maybe somehow they get air from it.

L: While Kyogre certainly isn't getting any oxygen, the sight of him holding nothing but water in his lungs makes Arceus heavily blush. "...O-oh wow..." They swim under Kyogre and press the side of their head to his chest, listening to the water sloshing in their lungs.

G: Kyogre would whine for breath, still, not breathing. It's a unique experience, attempting to hold breath with a lungful of water, especially for an air breather like the whale. The deep blue blush had a hint of red behind it as Arceus held their head against their chest.

L: Arceus smiles, and swims back out from under Kyogre. "I really didn't think you'd be able to do that so long... Next time I drown, I'll give that a shot. And..." Arceus winks at Kyogre. "Once you wake up, I'll let you get me back for all the teasing~"

G: Kyogre smiles and nods weakly before slowly passing out above Arceus, unable to stay awake with just water in their lungs.

L: Arceus watches Kyogre sink to the bottom again, and lays with his drowned body, waiting for him to recover despite beginning to feel a need to breathe.

G: Kyogre wouldn't take long to recover, waking up to feel the Legendary lying on his back. "mm... Hey, why are you up there? I thought it was my turn~" They wink a little, puffing their cheeks again.

L: "I was just making myself comfortable during the wait. Now... I'll give you some of my power for a little while, and suppress what I'll have left. Do what you will with me~" Kyogre can feel part of Arceus' divine energy flow into him.

G: Kyogre lets out some bubbles and smiles, swimming up and holding down Arceus. Really, it's all they needed to do. Though one flipper did hold Arceus's chest, just to feel it heave

"Although before you run out of air... I have to ask... Why did you not give us the ability to breathe underwater?"

L: "It's to truly show how powerful you are. Sure, having gills would make sense, but being able to go without a breath for hours or days... Don't you feel that's a better example of your power?"

G: "I guess you're right. Plus it's more fun to feel your lungs burn." They swim closer to Arcues, looking down to their chest. "As I'm sure you're starting to feel, too~ Right?"

L: "J-just starting to..." A few bubbles spurt from Arceus' nostrils as they blush from strain, their chest starting to heave.

G: They smile and feel their chest, watching the breathless signs hit Arceus more and more. Kyogre would let out some bubbles of their own, too.

L: Arceus eventually whines and starts trying to get out from under Kyogre, beginning to lose air as their blush turns purple. They don't manage to get anywhere, Kyogre doing a good job of keeping them in place.

G: Kyogre smiles, a slight pulse in their chest occuring thanks to the bubbles exhaled. "Go ahead. Breathe again~" They teased.

L: "Gh...N-no!" Arceus keeps fighting to get loose, their blush now turning blue, before they stop and try to cover their mouth. Bubbles stream from their lips as they shiver in desperation for air, just about at their limit.

G: "Come on... M... Just breathe. I did~" Kyogre teases some more, nuzzling and laughing a little bit, despite less air being in their chest.

L: Bubbles erupt from Arceus' mouth as their lungs give out, and they audibly gasp down nearly half a lungful of water before starting to choke, coughing up more bubbles and frantically struggling to get out from under Kyogre.

G: "Fiiine~" Kyogre would soon swim away, turning around to see Arceus's attempt to swim with waterlogged lungs, smiling again.

L: Arceus gurgles painfully as they try to swim up, hardly getting anywhere due to their panic and lack of swimming skill. It's clear they're not going to be reaching the surface in time, as they cough up the last of their spent air.

G: Kyogre smiles again, feeling their own chest heaving more. Though they would ignore it, wanting to savor every last moment that Arceus drowns for

L: Instinctively, Arceus tries to hold their breath, gasping another lungful of water and puffing their cheeks. All the weight inside them now is making them sink back toward the seabed, and they only manage to hold their aquatic breath for a few seconds before just coughing it back out.

G: Guess Kyogre's more experienced when it comes to being waterlogged. They kept watch, ignoring the need in their lungs.

L: Arceus ends up back on the bottom, starting to calm down. They manage to take a few steps before tripping and falling to their side, their breathing slowing down as they weakly struggle to get up.

G: Kyogre uses a fin to keep Arceus down, though. They smile excitingly while waiting for Arceus to finally pass out.

L: Arceus' eyelids begin to slide shut, blearily looking up at Kyogre. They try to talk, but aren't coherent enough to form any words, and with one more gulp, they go still.

G: "H-Heh... Hope it's enjoyable f-for you..." Kyogre's struggling more, moving one fin against his blowhole to keep their breath in, cheeks reddening

L: Once again, Arceus soon wakes up, the water in their lungs replaced with a fresh breath of air. "Can't get over how good that feels..." They get up, standing on the seabed with puffed cheeks again.

G: Kyogre nods. "You're always welcome in the ocean, of course... Mmf..." They let out more bubbles from their blowhole, cheeks turning a deeper red.

L: Kyogre feels a bit odd as Arceus reclaims the divine power they'd lent him earlier. "Unless you're keen on drowning a third time on this dive, I think it's high time we inhaled something other than water."

G: "I'd usually say no... but maybe I should, y-you're right." Kyogre replies, eventually swimming up and letting out a big gasp from their blowhole.

L: Arceus follows with a bit of difficulty, taking their first actual breath of air since giving themselves lungs. "Thanks for introducing me to this. I had no idea breathing water could feel so good..."

G: Kyogre laughs a little. "No problem! I enjoyed having some fun drowning with you!" They would say, still taking some deep gasps.

L: "I'll more than likely come by to enjoy this with you again sometime, but for now I have to go. Maybe we can try some non-standard methods of drowning next time."

G: "I'll have to see what I can think of! It'll be fun!" Kyogre sounds excited. "But for now... Well, guess I should continue diving... Flexing my lung capacity..." They wink, taking a breath and diving down.

L: Arceus smiles, and disappears in another flash of light, returning to take care of matters in the Hall of Origin.
