Took like an hour to think of them, no big deal, but it took several hours to write all this out.  It would have taken a lot less text if I'd had a specific system in mind.\n\nIt's left in the formatting I use for my text files.  You'll figure it out.  This was a pain to put on this site because every indentation had to be replaced with 8 spaces.  It's crazy how the 'story text' section can't handle tab, nor can it handle tab indents when imported.
