recently mentioned that something very special was in the works, and now, it is here: A preview for a comic interpretation of my Zootopia FanFiction story, When Instinct Falls!\n\nYou heard that right. The 640K+ word (and counting) story I've been putting together for the past few years is getting adapted into a comic! I'm super excited for it, and would like to give a huge thanks to Kikis-Art-Journey , the talented (and dedicated) artist that is making this possible. Feel free to check out her gallery over on DeviantArt! The comic will be posted both from their account and my own, so don't hesitate to keep your eyes peeled for what's to come.\n\nThat being said, there is some important information you should know about this comic. For starters, it won't be starting on chapter 1, as you might think. Instead, it will start on chapter 15, Old Habits, because that is where the true plot of the story begins, and where Kiki and I decided would be the best place to start from. Besides, most of the content before then is just romantic Wildehopps fluff anyways, and as good as that stuff is, we want to release this comic with a more proper plot from the get-go. That's not to say that this comic won't have its share of Wildehopps, though. You'll see. As this preview suggests, the comic will begin with Nick and Judy's adventure to the Nocturnal-District, where they encounter all sorts of danger and intrigue, chiefest of which being the old manor of a vampire bat crime-lord - Castle Fangpyre - that serves as a prominent setting during this part of the story. Kiki and I figured it'd make a strong, unique, and recognizable preview. We hope you like it! You'll see more from it, the city of Zootopia, and Nick and Judy themselves as the comic unfolds. There will also be a few minor adjustments to the plot and characters here and there, so don't be surprised if something from the story is left out, or something never before seen is added!\n\nThere is more important stuff to know, though. This is a small project, managed only by Kiki and myself, so don't expect too much from us. Every last panel isn't going to be Leonardo da Vinci levels of quality. But I can promise you that we intend on making this comic as good as it can be! Also, since this is a pretty casual project, we currently don't have an updating schedule for new pages, but you can be sure that I'll let you know if that changes! \n\nAnd that's the thing - This is a small, fairly casual project. To help fuel the project's lifespan, Kiki and I intend on setting up a Patreon account within a few weeks from now, so that anyone can donate if they desire. So if you ever feel like investing a few bucks into this project, you're always welcome to do so.
